The patio was installed as agreedThe customer was informed verbally that there was a potential problem with the patio drain
which she acknowledged.
Our sales person made a mistake by failing to have the customer acknowledge the drain problem in writing on the orderSince we do not have written confirmation, we will do the right thing and repair the problem at no cost to the customer The customer has been called today to explain the situationA date will be scheduled next week (weather permitting} for us to repair the drain problem
The other issue raised in the complaint was that the customer has not been reimbursed for her $out of pocket expenseWe have been waiting for customer to send us a copy of her receipt so we can

We paid Mr*** most of his payment but kept a small amount back hoping he would question whyThe job was never finished and the quality of work was appalling as mentioned earlier. It is a poor reflection on Mr*** that he is not interested in resolving this matter to our satisfaction and prefers to lie to the Revdex.com as well as the customerWe were also interested to read that Mr*** claimed that the delay in service and lack of contact from his end was due to machinery and manpower issues. His statement to us when we finally got hold of him was to be extremely apologetic, saying that he had a death in the family and had to leave the country with no notice travelling to *** (where his is from). So he gives us one story for sympathy and provides the Revdex.com with something completely differentWe are tired of the whole episode and do not wish to have any further contact with anyone of such poor character. Obviously he is not interested in satisfying his customers.

Mr*** from the firm states they plan to resolve
this issue with the next (2) weeks That will be the only time they can return, the consumer may also contact their office and provide specific dates that would be comparable Otherwise, they will returning on any date within the next two weeks
As for complaint ID *** at *** *** **, *** *** the job is scheduled to be completed tomorrowThe home owner is contacted and understood the situationAs the work is completed to his satisfaction I will let you know. Best Regards,

*** *** alleges he has done good work at this property and the consumer was more than satisfied when the job was completedHe is not sure why she rejected the resolution but he is not willing to refund her any money
