You claim the truck was serviced prior to purchase date of 9/12/16. When we asked for specifics (the day on the lot) of the work that was done. The salesman had no record and couldn't "find" the service manager. It failed several safety checks on inspection! More specifically, brake lights were OUT! Emergency brake didn't work! Check engine light was on. Mr. [redacted] I find it hard to believe that this truck was "serviced" prior to taking our $30 Grand. Furthermore, we dropped the vehicle on a Monday and called every day on a status with NO RESPONSE. On Thursday of that same week I physically came to the dealership to rant! For the first time I spoke with [redacted] and he said that they were still working on it and would not fix the broken mirror(he said we could just push it in with our hands to get it to work). I never got an explanation of why it was taking so long. Our belief is that your hope was we wouldn't push to fix the mirror. Oh they said the hubs were ceased and couldn't be fixed. Umm, you should know that if they are frozen they need to be replaced...a $50 part. Later that day [redacted] called, he said he took a used mirror off another truck and said, "do me a favor and write a good review." Are you kidding me? We never ever spoke with anyone from service. You mention the name [redacted], we never spoke to [redacted]. With all this said, let me be clear. You never serviced this truck before selling it to us. It is unethical, unfair and downright dirty business. [redacted] is trying to pull a fast one...cutting corners and cheating it's customers that don't know any better. As a matter of fact, you mention the mileage on the vehicle. As any good business owner should know, selling a new car or used car your standards should be same. If the car has 123,000 or 10,000. Moreover, there was a $350 documentation fee added to the price, which was never disclosed nor explained. You offer to "sit" down with us. No thank you Mr. [redacted].

I want an explanation via the original complaint what the $375. We signed it, then noticed the additional charge and asked about it and was never provided an answer. Second, I strongly disagree that tail lights out, malfunctioning e-brake and check engine as a "few" concerns. You are quick to reply Mr. [redacted] however, you dont have your facts straight. Your service people were reluctant to fix the problems. We had major issues with sales and service and find it hard to believe this is your first time hearing about this. As a business owner, you should have better communication with your employees. You can keep the $35 on the inspection you NEVER did. How can you say you operate an honest business when you released a vehicle that wasn't even looked at? So you said it was serviced - exactly what was serviced? Honest? We have called numerous times for the measley $35 - no response. As a manager, you should be asking, "how can I make it right?"So answer the following:$375 charge? What is that for?Serviced prior to selling? Besides changing the oil, what work was done on the truck.

Mr. [redacted],Please see attached documents 1st is a copy of the Purchase and Sale agreement that shows on line "7" the  Vehicle Administration Fee of $375 which was signed by you 2nd is a copy of the service preformed ( 8/29/2016) prior to you purchasing it You purchased a vehicle on 9/12/16 - after you took delivery of the vehicle there were a few concerns and service department repaired them. [redacted] Ford operates a fair, ethical and honest company - Again if you still have any issues and or comers I am available to meet with you [redacted] - [redacted]
