Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:During my "warranty period" I contacted Grizzly on several occasions by phone and was told I would receive a call back and never did Same went on April 18th when I sent them an email S I x days later still nothing from them other than "your lathe is out of the warranty period, I will have someone from the technical services department contact you" Additional I am very disappointed that my review is still not published on their websiteIt's a honest review so by it not being there, customers are being decived into thinking it s a high quality product when it's not If Grizzly would of left my review then I probably would of not filed a Revdex.com complaint but since it was removed, I decided this must be brought to light I want a full refund and my review postedPeriod Sincerely, [redacted]
