The payment made on 11/25/was an online bank payment in the amount of $check#82279570b. On 11/26/Alliance United attempted to debit the scheduled payment in the amount of $and payment was rejected. Our bank sent it through a 2nd time on 12/3/and payment was debited from your account. I will be placing in the mail today a copy of the returned items report from our bank which shows the payment on 11/26/was returned. If you have further questions after reviewing this report please contact our office

We received the email below from the Revdex.com asking us to respond to your Revdex.com complaint however it appears their website is not functioning properly. As such, we are contacting you directly. We were able to pick up the claim number
from their website and would like to address your concerns. Our file indicates Edward Ruiz called you today, the 22nd. He provided your voicemail with his callback information. He indicated we are pending the estimate of repairs on your vehicle at this time. However, the most recent file note of the 22nd reveals your estimate has been received and was reviewed by our staff today at 3:13pm. I believe our adjuster Maureen Leahy is anxious to share this information with you tomorrow. She can be reached directly at ###-###-####. We received a call from you on 12/26/to inquire about your refund. Our system notes show you requested to speak with a supervisor and one was not available. Customer Service offered to have a supervisor return your call and you refused.As requested, your policy was cancelled

Our Customer Service Department spoke with you on 1/9/and advised you elected to make payments on your policy by electronic funds transfer. Customer Service explained a withdrawal was scheduled 11/26/in the amount of $and you also made a check payment in the amount of
$60.62. A stop payment was placed by you for payments to our company which means the next scheduled payment will be returned. To avoid cancellation you will need to submit a payment before the due date of 1/26/2015.If you have any further questions please contact our Customer Service Department

I am rejecting this response because:I was never told that this would not be covered in the many times that I spoke with JaimeI kept getting told to pay for it and send in the invoiceI would never had to have the rental car or have the car insured it it weren't for the damage caused to my car by their clientI feel I am owed the money that I have paid out for the rental carIf there are stipulations when a rental car in involved Alliance should identify those stipulations and make people aware If I had know then I would not have added insurance (and unfortunately would have been breaking the law since the car would have been uninsured)Their client was at fault and I should be reimbursed for all money's that I had to pay out of pocket

sending a message to this company, I do hope they will step up to the plate and accept responsibility and liability for the woman they insure, who caused the accident...right now she and Alliance United haven't spend one cent in repairing my car or reimbursing me the rental car bill I had to pay. I checked the Alliance website, and there are so many people in the exact same situation as I...you should review them....based on that, I have no idea how they have a good rating...with Revdex.com.
