It's possible that what they did to me is legal, but it was also deceptive, manipulative and morally wrongAnd they know full well that's what they're doing and they've left me, a cancer patient, unable to pay for my medications as a result

One final thingI have contacted Grossinger at LEAST times over the past almost two months asking them to please return my iPass transponder which belongs to me and has $worth of toll road money loaded onto it and which I owe a deposit for and still I have nothing from them
It would seem Grossinger's inability to return things they don't belong to them is a recurring themeMaybe it's intentional lack of ethics, or perhpas it's just utter and complete incompetence but either way it's despicable and I am certain they've already lost far, far more business than my $would have cost themIt's shortsighted and it will cost themThey're just too greedy of small to see it or do know about doing the right thingAnd as I've shared this story, truthfully without holding anything back, nobody, not one person, has said anything less than "That's the most messed up crap I've ever heard of"

We had an absolutely terrible experience hereWe came in to look at a specific car based on the price listed on their websiteAlthough we had an appointment, it took forever for the car to come from their storage lot - we were there for close to an hour before we actually saw the carOnce we saw the car, it was fine, and we were ready to purchaseAnd suddenly, the car was more than $more than the price quoted on the site, including $worth of "interior protection" that we were required to purchase! They also came in absurdly low on our tracar, offering well under half of what another dealer had offeredWhen we tried to politely negotiate, to get closer to the advertised price and a reasonable offer for our trade-in, the staff became rude, combative, and not willing to discuss at allCorderro *** a sales "manager," actually came out and yelled at us!
Incredibly unprofessionalNever again

After very careful inspection of the receipt, I can see that it was maliciously defaced in such a way as to deliberately obscure the return policy which you describeI think I prefer to simply make my new car purchase (and future parts purchases for that matter) at one of your competitors and inform as much of the public as possible precisely how you choose to do business
Thanks, But No Thanks,

Dear ***,
I am willing to return the merchandise and I am willing to accept a check as a refund, but that refund check must be available to me at the time I return the merchandise and not some "7-days in the future sometime"As Grossinger Hyundai expected payment for the merchandise when it was provided, so do I expect return of payment when the merchandise is returnedIs this acceptable for Grossinger Hyundai? If so, please describe exactly how the return/refund would take place
Thank You,

On February 17th, 2015, Mr *** *** came in for serviceHe indicated that he had several issues and warning lights on his
Hyundai VeracruzHe was told that the charge to inspect and diagnose the vehicles issues would be $He was also told that the inspection fee would be waived if he repaired the vehicle per the diagnosisThe vehicle was diagnosed with multiple conditions and recommended repairs all of which the Mr*** declinedHe did however request an oil change and air filter service which are unrelated to the vehicle's other issuesAdditionally, the vehicle was brought in with a broken windshield and has collision damageWe invite Mr*** to return and repair the vehicle as per our diagnosis and we will deduct the inspection fee from his totalFuthermore, as previously stated, the windshield on the vehicle was cracked when he came in and as such we do not feel it would be appropriate for us to replace it
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/03/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Regarding the issues, they gave a list after inspection and there were about nine issues, among those issues were the filters and I ask them to change the filters according to their decision about no charge if I fixed some issuesthen how dose come they inspect the car and told there issues in filters etc and they said the filters were not accounted with issues
About the repair honest the light was gone by itself without any fixation
About the windshield it was very small crack and barely seen and now it huge and they admitted it was because of washing and hearing the did
So, according to that, I want my right in refund the inspection fee and they should fix the windshield because it was their fault
Thanks
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/03/18) */
To reiterate, Mr***'s vehicle was inspected as he requested to diagnose an abs brake problem and an electronic stability control issue which are totally and unequivocally unrelated to an oil change and air filter replacementOur position is unchanged

Thanks

Scam Alert!! Try to stay away from this dealership, the prices on their website seem to be very low but that's not the case that's the trapWhat's shown online on their own website is the price after all rebates applied for which no one will qualify for the rebatesThen they'll try to increase the price what shown from onlineIf you try to negotiate with them then they'll just make some numbers like "PKG-A" etc and make the price higher again after you submit all the documents and after the deal is doneIn the end they'll make you pay more than the worthThey just wasted my entire day for nothing and the customer service is patheticThey'll just make up that they're treating you very well but their original service behind the mask will be out once the numbers are outStay away from this placeI won't recommend this place even to my enemy

To Whom It May Concern: Mr*** *** purchased a used Hyundai Sonata. The warranty that *** *** purchased was fully disclosed by our finance manager. He agreed that he wanted it and left happy. The next day he called back and said that his mother wanted him to cancel
the whole deal. We explained that it wasn’t possible, so he canceled his warranty. We submitted the paperwork immediately and the $was sent to *** and was cashed on 06/23/2017. The $797for a Windy City product non-canceable warranty that we apply on our vehicles prior to sale. There’s was an addendum clearly displayed on every vehicle. He was explained the benefits and purchased the car Thank you.*** ***General Manager

I am meeting with the COO this coming Thursday to come up with the final decisionI am still not satisfied with the offers they came up withI consider myself that I lost $and that the sales person and the store manager at that time lied and cheated me when they explained things
I have to read all the papers Hyundai are talking about because I am not aware about them all
Thanks

Mr *** has been to the dealership times since the last updateThe first time was 4/11/His current lease vehicle was expiring and I had him meet with *** *** the General Manager at the Hyundai storeWe presented three options for Mr*** at a discounted priceHe declined those offersIn the interim, Mr *** suggested that he was advised not to return his lease vehicle yetI informed him that should he decided not to return the vehicle, he was doing so at his own riskMr *** came back to meet with me 4/17/He finally stated his demand of Grossinger Hyundai returning his down payment on his expired lease vehicle and for Grossinger to pay lease extension costs and penaltiesHis purchase request when he leased the vehicle originanally was a $dollar a month payment, which he accomplished with $10,down to reduce his capitalized costWhich was noted and contains his signatureWithout his cash down reduction, his payment would have been considerably higherIn our view his request is not reasonable however we are doing our diligence on his requestI reviewed all the documents signed by Mr.*** at delivery ( April 17,2015) with him and found the documentation not consistent with his claims but, very consistent to his payment specificationsHe also contested the contract format, which is a state approved contract for Hyundai***We expect to provide a response to his request this weekIn our view his request is not reasonable, however, we are doing our diligence on his request in an effort to satisfy Mr.*** reasonably
