Dear sir we can definitely come to an agreement on fixing the steps it was a bad winter and salt was used on the stone causing some issues we are willing to do what we can lets just be reasonable please call ask for pat

I am rejecting this response because: I am deeming this response as a threat The cleaning cost $with a coupon we received in the mail At no point did the men who provided the service document on the bill or mention that the wood burning stove was unsafe to lightThey also made no mention of coming back for an inspection If that was the case, I certainly wouldn't have put myself or my family in danger or risk in using an unsafe/unusable stove I have documentation and support to show that the fire was caused due to a clogged flue, which should've been cleaned properly the first time, regardless of the cost of the cleaningIf you feel it is necessary, have your attorney contact us, as we have documentation to support our claim Based on our poor experience and the lack of professionalism we would rather not have to deal with your business again.

You did in fact replace my fasciaMiguel did itAnd he installed new guttersThe other incorrect statement in your response is that you've been out several times to resolve complaintsYou were out only once to remove pieces of chimney from my attic, which I needed removed in order to run duct work-- the reason for having the chimney removed in the first place

We understand your concern and unfortunately it isn't our fault you had a fire the inside of chimney was old and you paid for a $cleaningWe told you we would come inspect everything and at no time said it was safe to light I would appreciate the appointment to come take a look but please do not

Please call the office ask for par, we will look to see what the issue is but after you canceled with us and another contractor was there warranty is usually void

I was at ** *** again today the third time did everything I could out of my pocket to satisfy him also any of the work I did didn't even Pertain to the new section he was complaining about he has a year old roof Ofcourse other parts are going to leak I spent money and labor that's all I can
do please help my rating

Dear sir I am sorry you had trouble reaching our customer service department I can help you. The job was a a small repair to get you by because you didn't want to invest in all new steps unfortunately when the main structure is not sound a limestone or a small repair over it may crack especially...

with the winter we had as far as the warranty yes the labor will be free but the material which is minimal we have to charge for it. If you have any questions call our office and we can help you our warranty will be honored but we can't help the winter and the small repair that was done over older steps also if you put salt down for ice that would also make it worse which we can tell by looking at it. As you know it took two guys and material to complete the repair there was no profit margin so we where very fair the new material is warranted one last time but we need to be compensated for some labor. In the future I suggest replacing the steps. Thank you for your time.

rejecting this response because:  My wife [redacted] has spoken to Anthony, the owner at least 3 times and has left several messages which have not been returned.  When she reaches him, he promises to take care of it, but then doesn't come to the house and then doesn't return her calls.  She has asked him to physically come to our house to inspect it instead of sending someone and he always agrees to, but then never does.  It is the same leak because it is leaking in the same exact spot

We already know your concern we didnt replace the fascia so its not our fault we have been by several times already for different complaints call the office speak to me Pat and we will come by one last time if the fascia was existing you will be charged additional for anything that is not our fault...

but we will see when we get there.

Nowhere in the contract is there any stipulation that the warranty is only valid if I pay further money.  I already paid for a job to be done.  The contract I signed guaranteed both the material and the work done for at least 4 years.  I will not pay twice to have this job done.  It should have been done properly the first time.

That is not a threat at all! We spoke to you on the phone and wanted to come check the situation we agreed on that from there we would have given you options or money back we are a company that takes pride in our work you agreed on meeting us then bad mouthed us on Revdex.com we never said we wouldn't look into the claim or come by we like to uphold our integrity and would do what we could to make you happy that is no threat at all so please don't say that it is offensive and we are very understanding to your needs if I can help please allow me too

We are going back to remedy the problem of what wasn't finished we will be there by friday

Since I have gotten this response at least a dozen times before, and I believe I am on a do not respond list by the company. I will not be satisfied until a business representative comes to my house to replace the top poured concrete platform with a thicker layer of concrete and replaces the several damaged pavers installed in the front walkway.
