We at Group Solar are extremely... disappointted in the case of the [redacted] resisdence and how the clients have chosen to handle the situation; Being that we have gone out our way and have been taking all possible measures to insure a succsessful transition to solar, as we do all our client's its no secret that the [redacted] property has been a slight hasle and has had a few bumps along the way. Although some may look at it as playing the "blame game" the sad truth is are eletrical sub-contracters who intially worked on the the client's installation were not holding up their end of the bargain, not only with the client at hand but with others as well. Hence the reason they no longer work for us. We have hired a new electrical sub-contracter and have sent therm to the [redacted] s residence to try and correct the damages that were left behind. Also, as far as payments we will not allow are clients to pay for a system that is not up to G roup Solar's standards which is why we have paid for the clients last three payments. We look foward to resolving all issues with the [redacted] 's with hope that we can meet all the clients needs because this is what we strive for here at Group Solar USA.

I was never informed that I was approved for the loan, in fact I was told that they would need me to sign the document as authorization to proceed to file for the loan. I SPECIFICALLY said to the person who came to my house that I didn't want to pay anything out of pocket until I further spoke to my husband and that I wouldn't want to go forward with anything that associated with a cost. He indicated that there was no cost to check if we qualified, however he did need me to sign as authorization to proceedI do agree that he contacted me about coming to the house, however I specifically told him that I didn't want him to make a special trip due to the fact that I was just interested in hearing my options. Additionally, I specifically told him and the person that came out to the house to take pictures that if the panels were visible on the front of the roof, my husband would not agree. The tech who came out to take the pictures told me that was probably the case to get the most out of the system at which point I also said to him, then don't bother we aren't interested. I was NEVER told that they were going to proceed or file for any permits. I am and have never agreed to proceed with this

[redacted] was most definitely informed that she was approved for her loan as she would have found out immediately after applying in the initial visit with Daniel. None of our sales tech would ever tell a client they “had to sign any document to give written authorization to complete the loan” as [redacted] states, being that no such “written authorization” exist. The client is informed on the spot and is also immediately sent an email with the status of her loan application. [redacted] states she indicated that she did not want to move forward if she had to pay anything out of pocket and being that, that is not the case for ANY client. Her stating this makes no never mind to the continuation of her solar proceedings. As we stated in our last response, [redacted] was completely informed on each and every step that would take place in her conversion to solar as she was left with ALL necessary documents. She also claims to have TOLD one of our sub-contactor’s workers “Not to bother further”, which none of them recall. Although it would have made no difference being that she signed a contract with Group Solar and would have had to make any cancelation proceedings with a Group Solar representative. [redacted] claims she has received an invoice for work that was never authorized, when in fact her signature on our contract is more than enough authorization. She also claims that our sales tech was misleading, this we cannot be sure of since the assessment took place only in the presence of [redacted] and Daniel. In our defense, what we are 100% sure of is that the print of the contract SHE signed willingly is NOT misleading at all, is very visible to the human eye, and she was given an opportunity to read it. On behalf of everyone at Group Solar… [redacted] we wish you a Blessed Holiday and a Happy New Year! Please consider all fee’s officially waived.
