[Your Answer Here] Till today it has not been fixed yet they send a company and all we do is go for a ride that goes no where and my system is still down and out not provideing me any service .I know that they say it will be fixed but we are going into another month and the solar panels are just sitting on my roof looking at the sun all day and no benefit to me . All I wanted is a working system in my home.

As the company has agreed to waive all fees, which should void the invoice they sent me, I accept that this is closed .  I would also request that they do not contact me any further and remove my telephone number from their call list. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
