Dear Mrs. [redacted], We did call Mr. [redacted] twice.  No answer one time and an answering machine the second time.  We do subscribe to the FDNC and we have now also removed his number from our database permanently so he will not be called again.  I did try to reach out, personally, to...

apologize and left a message which he has not returned.  I respect his privacy so we won't call again. RegardsAndy H[redacted]OwnerGroupWise Inc.

We have completed the transfer of Mr. [redacted]s Timeshare. It looks like things got crossed in the mail. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and he has sent us an email stating that his concerns have been addressed. I have included his email with this response.

We met, Mr Steven Gines, a Group Wise Regional manager, this morning at the Marriott Courtyard of Westpalm Beach fl. Of course, the reason for our driving a few hours to meet Mr Gines, was to get rid of our Time share with Geo Holidays. Being convinced that the unexpected large sum of $4,950.00, which, according to Steven, was the best deal considering our annual maintenance fees, we signed the agreement, paid with our VISA and expect the promises to be kept. If so, as hoped for, we will be more than happy to follow up with very positive comments about the service received and we will encourage a few friends who own Timeshares to do as we did...but... if we are disapointed we will certainly show our feelings toward the Group Wise... The few negative comments read this evening makes us feel uneasy but hopefully everything will turn out as it should and as promised...

We enjoyed working with Groupwise. They were always there to help when we called and had a question. And, thank goodness, our timeshare is gone.

I was very pleased with Groupwise Inc., they did exactly what they said they would in the time frame expected. Any questions or concerns I had throughout the process were welcome and immediately answered. A huge burden was lifted off our shoulders - Groupwise Inc. can absolutely be trusted.

I have recently entered into a business transaction with Groupwise Inc. and while the arrangement has yet to be completed I have been most favorably impressed with the expertise and cooperation demonstrated by several of their key personnel that are involved.

At this point, I would recommend their services.

Be advised that if you call with a question and [redacted] answers the phone, she is very nasty. Although she provided the information I needed, she was extremely rude. The website states they provide great customer service. This is true if your idea of great customer is being rudely interrupted by someone who only listens to the second half of what you say. Also be sure to fully read your contract and ask any pertinent questions prior to actually signing.

Review: I'm on the do not call list. That means, don't call.

They called me on a Sat, and had trouble even getting out what the call was about.

Had OLD WRONG info....timeshare we had was sold many years ago, and we never contacted these folks, or any other company other than the one that sold it.

Telemarketing. Invasive. Illegal since on do not call. Rotten business practices since using inaccurate info.Desired Settlement: If folks are on the do not call list- don't call them. Follow the law.

Dear [redacted]

Review: Company repeatedly calls my home telephone and when I answer the call, a recording simply says "goodbye" and disconnects.

My number is on the "Do Not Call" list.Desired Settlement: Stop calling my home and hanging up. Either respond when I answer or stop calling.

Two years ago I was the owner of 2 timeshares that each was an albatross around my neck and I had no clue how to rid myself of them! I reluctantly accepted an invitation to "yet another update meeting", but this time it was different! I met Rob A[redacted] with GroupWise, Inc., and something about the way it was presented to me made me feel like I could rely on these people to do what they said they would do! I had never attempted to sell my timeshares, as so many have done, but I was ready to trust GroupWise with one of mine! I was a bit skeptical, admittedly, but I signed the contract and never looked back! The transfer went through without a hitch, albeit it took several months, then this past November I signed a contract with GroupWise to rid myself of my second, and last, timeshare!! If you have timeshares that are an albatross around your neck, let GroupWise solve your problems! I could not be happier with my dealings with them. They are professional, reliable and will do what they say! Believe me, they will take your unwanted timeshares off your hands!!!!

After nearly forty years of timeshare ownership and much family enjoyment and many wonderful memories, I decided to relieve my children of the " fees in perpetuity". I attended a presentation by Groupwise. They were forthright and honest with the information they provided. The transfer of my ownership was handled with a minimum of paperwork in a timely manner.

Contrary to many companies out there, Groupwise is a legitimate company that fulfilled its promises.

I was very pleased with Groupwise and was proud to get rid of the [redacted] property.

Groupwise was very upfront and did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept me informed of the progress!

I had a very successful transaction with Groupwise in 2014. It takes a few months to get all the paperwork done but it is well worth the wait. I had heard so many sad (and costly) stories about people trying to get rid of their timeshares. As a result I was very hesitant to commit to Groupwise, but it was a very wise decision. In fact, I have another timeshare that I intend to let them sell for me in the near future. Everyone that I had any dealings with at Groupwise was most professional, from the salesman to all the office staff. Many thanks, Groupwise!!

Review: GroupWise handles the sale of Timeshare properties. On Janurary 11, 2013 a payment of $3,950 was paid to Groupwise to cover their fees in making the timeshare transfer of ownership. In this contract, Groupwise committed to pay all maiantenance fees, taxes, and special assessments subsequent to the date of the contract until a transfer of title occurred. Maintenance fees of $677.47 on the timeshare were due on Jan. 1, 2014. Groupwise was notified that no payment had been received. Since that time, the timeshare has sent out several bills detailing finance charges and late fees. Multiple calls have been made to Groupwise, but Groupwise has never yet made a payment.Desired Settlement: I want Groupwise to immediately make payment of the overdue maintenance fee and all late fees and finance charges. Additionally, I want Groupwise to promptly facilitate the promised transfer of timeshare title.

We used the Groupwise service to end our 99 year obligation to an international timeshare resort. Groupwise did everything they promised ,when they said they would. No hidden fees , no excuses. No broken promises. We are very pleased and happy with the service and relieved to have ended our contract with the resort. We highly recommend Groupwise.

We had gone through a terrible experience (requiring an attorney's intervention) when trying to sell our timeshare. We were very leery about believing ANYONE's spiel about how they could help us so we came to this meeting very, very reluctant that anyone would be successful. We listened and were convinced this company could help us and they did! They provided telephone numbers where we could reach a live person and when we did call them, we either spoke to someone or our calls were returned promptly. Although it's a long, drawn out process, our timeshare has been sold and we are extremely pleased with Groupwise.

Review: I purchased a time share from this company on Ebay in July or August 2013. The purchase went through fine and the property was deeded to me. My use year begins in July 2014. In October or 2013 I noticed I was being billed by Wyndham ( the time share company) for maintenance fees for 2013 use year. I was not credited the points for the 2013 year and therefore should not be paying the maintenance on them. I contacted Groupwise on Nov 19th VIA email. [redacted]( the office manager) apologized and gave me my choice of having the maintenance fees paid by Groupwise, having a vacation worth 84,000 points scheduled by them, or having the points deposited in RCI. I thought it would be easiest to deposit the points in my RCI account so I chose that. On January 6th I emailed the signed paperwork to Groupwise to have the points transferred. I heard no more from Groupwise and had to email them several times to get a response. I finally got a response from [redacted] on Feb 8th stating she would contact RCI the following Monday. I heard no more from her until I emailed her on Feb 22. She stated that she had been in contact with them daily and again offered to refund my maintenance fees in lieu of the points. I decided to be patient and wait a little while longer (still thinking it would be easiest to just transfer the points). I waited about a month and emailed and called her again. She will not respond to my calls or emails. Since I got a letter from RCI wanting 222.00 to transfer the points. Any fees associated with this transfer should be paid my Groupwise, not myself, as it was not my error. If I have to pay to have points that should have been transferred with the deed transferred to the RCI account , they can keep the points and refund my maintenance fees. I would like this issue resolved ASAP as this issue has gone on long enough.Desired Settlement: I either want the points deposited in my RCI account at no cost to me or I want refunded for the maintenance fees for the 2013 use year.
