On November 28, 2019, placed order for Bon Jovi Blanket, received WRONG blanket twice. Still no Bon Jovi blanket. Refund or sent blanket.
On November 28, 2019, I placed my order for a Bon Jovi Blanket. Received first blanket on December 21, 2019, WRONG Blanket, (Kings of Leon). They resent my order, received same WRONG blanket again on January 18, 2020, (Kings of Leon). Since then they are just telling me what I want to hear. March 18, 2020, No blanket, they have my money, bad customer service. Save your money, they lie, lie, lie. Bad company shipping from Chino, CA. Refund my money, $58.90 or send correct blanket.

This is the WORST blanket I have EVER ordered!! I cannot tell you have extremely disappointed I am in this product. The picture was printed and stretched to the point where the picture looks fuzzy. The quality of the material is EXTREMELY poor. One of the Characters is Green when he should clearly be skin toned. It is NOT worth the money I spent. I emailed the company to get a refund and they would not refund me because "the product they sent was fine". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

But the problem due to customer added wrong the shipping address and the order was returned to our oversea warehouse.
See my attachment file, they added the zip code is XXXXX, but the zip code correct must be XXXXX. That is reason why the order was returned.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this business it's a scam! They have multiple addresses I believe this business is fully run from China. I ordered a quilt they sent me the wrong one & would not refund me. Told me I'd get a replacement but never did. Business only will email no other contact listed & only would respond 4am. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS IS A FULL SCAM! I am out $76.44
I was told I had the wrong address on package, but I am unable to track package due to incorrect tracking number provided by the company.
I ordered a blanket on December 19, 2019 to be delivered in 10 to 14 days. The blanket was never delivered when I checked on the delivery they gave me a bogus numbers saying I had given them the wrong address there is no New Braunfels in Washington,anyhow they gave me a bogus tracking number I can't even track it through fedex it gave me a bogus link to fedex they won't give me a refund because they haven't gotten the package back yet, they keep telling me there's nothing they can do they want me to send him another $12 to have them re ship my package I'm not doing that. This is upsetting because it was a gift.
I just want my money refunded. I don't even want to deal with them anymore.

Because they keep telling me that they haven't received my yet, it's been since December that I have been going back and forth with them. The have given me 2 different tracking numbers, neither of them are correct. They won't issue a refund stating that they haven't gotten the merchandise back yet or because the item was already made,whatever that means. They also want me to pay another 12 dollars for shipping. I have no confidence that I will receive my item. This isn't the first time this has happened, I read the reviews after I had my problems with them and it apparently happens quite.often. I just want my money back which they refuse to refund.

I will accept a refund, however, how long will I have to wait? I have been waiting over 2 1/2 months for the package to be returned to them, they didn't have to wait for my payment, why should I have to wait for another 2 months to get my money back?
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with Cheryl S. below. I ordered what was advertised as a quilt for a total of $83, and ended up with a very cheap fleece blanket. My order went through to a company called Libe Te then on to some Chinese t-shirt company. I ordered on 12/10 and got it on 1/10 as it was shipped from China and I was under the impression that this was an American company! I am so embarrassed and I am furious.
Buyer Beware! Do not use this company! I purchased a blanket from this company and the size of the blanket was not as expected. The quality although it looks good online, was not of good quality. They advertise 100% satisfaction, but they would not return the product. What a waste of my money.

The Granddaughter Quilt was ordered on Nov. 26, 2019, received on Dec. 16, 2019. The signature on the bottom was Grandma *** I emailed Grove Blankets the same day I received it and explained that the name ***was not my name, no where on my order was the name ***and I wanted my monies refunded. I have been emailing back and forth with them since the 16th of Dec., bottom line, no help at all and emailed me and said it was my fault the name ***was on the Quilt. There is no reference to ***in my email so how is it my fault???
Refund of $88.90 for the Quilt that is useless to me, the sad thing about this is my Granddaughter did not receive a Quilt for Christmas.
Both blankets had a horrible chemical smell and blanket was totally wrong! Stitch was a puzzle stitch and not as described on site. I demand refund.

So I went to this mysterious shipping company and have found out it was coming from Shanghia china. Not FLORIDA. After googling their company address it appears to be A&D fashionwear company. They are using fraudulent companies and practices. My account has already had money taken out and I haven't received item. Not it appears my item is heading back to China. This is a scam and a phishing scam company with little to no information pretending to be a real company out if Florida.
I just want my item as discribed in the size ordered in the quality pictured. If not this is a classic case of bait and switch which is illegal.

Please DO NOT use this company, they do not send the product you order and than they mock something else up and when you contact them, they tell you it's a pity. I am glad I used PayPal as after researching which is my stupidity for not doing it sooner, is that they steal people's bank accounts. Please do your research!
Guaranteed delivery promises were not met and upon my package being lost they began giving me the run around claiming there was nothing they could do.
This company has many complaints and reviews popping up with the similar problem. The guarantee of delivery before Christmas was not something that happened as my package became labeled missing on the 14th. When I contacted the seller about it they began giving me the run around that it would eventually show up. This continued even after I got confirmation from DHL Express that it was a lost cause and my ticket with them was now closed. After showing Grove Blankets the email that DHL had sent saying the package was officially lost they still kept insisting that the package would arrive at some point. To top it off they list themselves as doing business out of Florida but this product was manufactured and sent from Shanghai with no indication of this anywhere easily found on their website. Even this morning after telling them that I would be contacting my bank and the Revdex.com they were still insistent in saying that everything was out of their hands and that there was nothing they could do. My bank is already on it and will be refunding me my money while they investigate. What a horrible thing to do to people right before Christmas.
This company needs to be investigated as I have very big suspicions that it is not a real entity in the United States and that it is a foreign company operating with a domestic website that is being deceitful. The automated responses I would receive from initial emails and then the follow ups were definitely different from any other company I've ever had to deal with in regards to an online order both foreign or domestic and a problem that may have arisen. They literally just want to take not one bit of responsibility for their guarantees of delivery of their product and are giving people the run around to keep from having to have to give a refund.
I received this quilt as a gift. Buyer beware while the actually blanket is nice it does have misspelled words on it. The website leads back to a dress shop in ft. Lauderdale. No phone # to call customer service. Says shipped from the US but it's most definitely shipped from China.
Horrible! I ordered a Christmas gift over a month before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived after Christmas! I filed a claim with PayPal. I cannot get satisfaction with the seller. Absolutely dissatisfied with Grove Blankets!
The $80 blanket sent from China had ink bleeds all over it and a blood stain on it. When I contacted customer service they told me to wash it and it should come out. They say on their website they will refund or send you a new product if you're not satisfied or it's defective but this is a lie.
Ordered a Twenty One Pilots queen size bed quilt on November 25, 2019. The tracking info is bogus as is the site!! They are a scam!! I spent $84.00 for nothing!!! A gift for my granddaughter for Christmas!! Someone stop the advertising of Grove Blankets!! This is illegal!!!
Company lies. Items are shipped directly from China and not custum made. Quilt I ordered is not the same one in pics on website. Cheaply made and definitely not worth the price I paid. Waited 6 weeks for delivery from China when website says quilts are made to order. I paid $60 for something you could buy at dollar general for 10 bucks.
