Mr [redacted] 's machine has been ordered and we are awaiting final production from our factory with shipping instructionsHis machine will be shipped and installed just as his initially purchased machine was Production times of other factories, distributors, divisions, machines, etcare irrelevant to the Grow inventory which is handled 100% autonomously of all othersI would also possibly suggest that Mr [redacted] to refrain from making derogatory and demeaning comments to the staff at Grow Healthy Vending including those to Mrs*** [redacted] who handles our Locations DepartmentI would be happy to post that email thread if Mr [redacted] would like me to make it public?

It is more than clear that the CEO displays the same deceptive tactics with me and other Grow OperatorsHe claims there is a deal on machines because he is helping a fellow operator liquidate because of a divorceNext you wire transfer him the fundsAfter which, the CEO claims that there is a delay at the manufacturing facilityAfter confirming with the factory there is no such delay and the order simply is never placedThis is then followed by a request for a refundThe CEO then offers a scheduled refundUsually, around $every weeks by chequeAfter a operator chases the CEO for several months, the operator is told a cheque is sent in the mailGrow then creates a UPS Tracking number but then never actually ships with UPSAt this point they then claim the cheque is lost in the mailI am not the only one who has been scammed this way just look at previous Revdex.com complaints of similar fashionLastly, the CEO will rescind his offer of refund and claim thmachines are about to be shipped later "this week." At this point, you will never here back from the company and you will have to proceed with litigationHowever, several Grow Operators have contacted the FBI and an investigation has been opened into this companies wire fraud tacticsIf, and I am not optimistic, my machines are shipped this week and no later I will drop my complaint with the FBI Grow Operators have contacted the FBI and an investigation has been opened into this company's wire fraud tactics

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Grow Healthy Vending is just lying about mailing a check [redacted] sent me an email on Nov 2nd that the payment has been processed and sentIt does not take days for the mail to get from Southern California to Northern California.I had emailed (prior to November 1st 2017) [redacted] and his wife [redacted] who is also part of Grow Healthy Vending that I can provide them my bank details so they can do a wire transferBasically pay me back in the same manner I paid Grow Healthy Vending but they did not respond to my emails I will provide my bank information and I want the funds transferred asap.If not, they will just keep lying and playing games which Grow Healthy Vending is very good at Regards, [redacted] ***

This operator purchased approximately machines in full with services which have ALL BEEN DELIVERED AND INSTALLED into locations within the Seattle area including machines at the Seattle Times BuildingThey purchased and additional machines at a deep discount however the factory inadvertently shipped those machines to another Grow operatorWe then had to put the machines back into production which is what caused the delayBecause of the delay we agreed to give the operator a refund backThey received one check of $5,then another check of $They then became rude and impatientThey will continue to receive the refund payments until they are paid in full.Regards, Grow Management

To whom it may concern,I have reviewed the territory, contacted the actual Operator and have also discussed with the Grow employees assigned to this accountMs [redacted] never gave any inclination that she was unhappy in anyway so I was very surprised to receive a Revdex.com message regarding thisOur staff did in fact secure [redacted] in her area for herThey agreed to take one machineMs [redacted] has requested that we continue to secure a "large foot traffic location" for her second machineWe of course can concentrate on this but she has been made aware that almost all locations with daily foot traffic of over people will require more than just one machine to be placed because of capacity needsFor instance a school of kids may need machines just to fit their needs so it would be impossible to just place one machine into this type of locationMs [redacted] would actually need to purchase additional machines to fulfill a location such as this and she is currently not ready to do thatWe have other viable leads in the area that our staff have followed up with I believe that her last machine should be placed pretty quicklyMs [redacted] has also been notified that she may contact me directly at anytime with any questions or concerns in the futureAAs I mentioned before, I was very surprised to receive this message considering I have never been made aware by my staff or by Ms [redacted] that there were any issues whatsoeverWe value customer service and communication and want to ensure the success of all of our Operators

Payments will continue to be made to the customer as they have been until paid in fullAgain, Grow is under no requirement to refund any funds and reserve the right to ship machines insteadWe consider this matter closedRegards, Grow Management

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID **, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below With regards to [redacted] untruthful comments regarding stealing from his company, I take these accusations very seriously as they affect my integrity and attack my personal values in doing business When I originally received my “Welcome Packet” it contained brochures, two female shirts that did not fit along with about sample products to potential clients while making sales calls While visiting his office for training, I asked for permission from [redacted] and [redacted] who at the time was his operations manager if I could take two male shirts that would fit along with additional brochures so that I would not run out along with two coffee mugs that I’ve since given to potential customers Whatever he has on his camera was not stealing but authorized products that I received permission to take in plain sight of his employees and others that were participating in the day long rushed training program that they provide Read on to make your own judgement on who is stealing from who .I originally purchased three vending machines from GROW only to be sent to potential accounts that I felt did not have the foot traffic to support my investment When I sent [redacted] a very respectful letter illustrating my concerns, he took offense to it and after numerous requests to speak with him on the phone in person to clear the air, he never responded In fact, he has yet to pick up the phone to discuss concerns or questions since the day I left his training program I placed two machines at one location and was contacted a few months later by his sales person [redacted] that they had another viable account for two machines [redacted] and I agreed to purchase one more machine to satisfy the total of four (4) machines for the three locations with stipulations I requested that the other Soda machines be removed and that no additional free food would be offered so that the account would have the highest potential for sales It was confirmed that this request would be fulfilled but I never received an executed contract with my stipulations and have since received concerns from the account that this was never agreed to and they wanted all healthy When I put the healthy products in the machine, they simply did not sell well however, GROW does allow you to put traditional food in the machines which is a direct conflict of what they promote with their concept I even gave [redacted] an idea to have his logo’s say “healthy and More” but he did not appreciate the idea I had also contacted Lexi who is their nutritionist and asked for a list of products that sell in other [redacted] but it was never received They claim that the [redacted] clubs is an A account that to date generates revenue well below what I had anticipated. In May of last year, I was again contacted by GROW unsolicited that they wanted to know if I was interested in an account at [redacted] for three machines I requested to visit the location which is standard operating procedures but was told later that I should not have been offered the location because a new GROW franchise was in the area and the lead should have been provided to this franchise It was further explained to me that if I wanted the account, I would need to make the decision by 8am the next morning After sleeping on the situation, I contacted [redacted] the next morning who at the time was the operations manager She convinced me that this was an A account and decided to send them a money order that day for ** The next day I was approved to visit the Air Force base and to my surprise, I was competing with several other vending machines in each location which I was never informed about I decided at that time this would not be a viable location based on the lack of information I was provided and went on with my life for several months anticipating that in time I would find other locations when time permitted I was also informed that this would not be a problem because the other franchise would take the account which I’ve since learned never happened ..Was there really another franchise interested in this location???In December of 2016, I was once again contacted by their sales team that they have another location in an [redacted] store, I submitted all of the necessary documentation to place the order but never received a contract after several requests One of [redacted] responses on March 7th included: The [redacted] Store admittedly should not have been offered to you at all and I instructed my team not to do so Keep in mind that I visited the store and approved the shipment but nobody from their organization contacted me for months to let me know that the machines were never ordered while at the same time they did not have another franchise interested and he owed me this machine along with another two (2)Knowing that the machines take about six (6) weeks for delivery, I made several attempts to contact [redacted] (Logistics Director) without a response so I decided to get [redacted] involved anticipating that I would incur conflict based on my past experience with him My e-mails and calls went unresponsive until I notified him that I have opened up a claim with the Revdex.com and that I’ve retained an a [redacted] to support my efforts to be compensated for my investment or, my remaining vending machines be put into production [redacted] finally got back to me with the following options Option #Pay me [redacted] over a day period where I would take a [redacted] loss for his organization doing nothing My guess is that their only revenue source is the [redacted] they make on every machine sold and he wants to make sure he still receives the same profit of [redacted] for the three machines that I purchasedThey want their money paid in full the next day but need days to pay just a portion of what I’ve paid out which questions his cash flow internally Option #expedite one machine for the apple store within days at a cost of [redacted] and pay me [redacted] for the remaining vending machines over a day period I informed [redacted] that I would pay him [redacted] for the location predicated on the contract we agreed to and that he signed and has since informed me that he will not negotiate what was our contracted procurement price even though he has only provided me two locations and I’ve provided him payment for three (3) Line item number in our signed contract reads: 9) Future location procurement shall be offered at a discounted cost of [redacted] per machine In addition and to verify our agreement, I originally paid for three locations in our contract that reads: Number of Vending Machine Location Placement(s) to be secured: (3) Price per Machine Placement Secured: ** Also sent in a previous e-mail from **: **, I went ahead and made a consideration for future placements by dropping it from [redacted] to [redacted] per machine** clearly is prepared to not honor his own contracts and sent me a follletter after I offered to pay GROW the [redacted] for the [redacted] store based on our signed contract: **, No that will not work for us and considering we have sold over [redacted] machines in the country with [redacted] complaints in [redacted] years we are batting **%I will take that all dayThe solution I provided in the end was to pay GROW the [redacted] even though they still owe me one (1) location was clearly fare and yet his response to my request via email to me is listed below.“Since you jumped the gun on the Revdex.com complaint you should know that regardless of the complaint being satisfied, it still is kept on their website for full yearsThe damage is done and I am no longer interested in offering anything at this point however the initial options are available to you”On March 23rd, I contacted [redacted] again to notify him that I would pay him the [redacted] for the [redacted] location even though I had already paid for a third location with the following text message: **, I've been contemplating my options and was wondering if you could tell me a new timeline for the [redacted] Store I'm not even sure they will wait any longer but I could attempt to contact them to see if they will wait longer Whatever timeline you give me needs to be accurate One of my existing accounts wants a third machine as well so please get back to me [redacted] Sent from my **His response the following day via text was: **I do not typically answer texts but I willWhen you have fully recanted your Revdex.com complaint I will give you a timelineI don't care if you need to tell them it was a misunderstanding or what but the fact is that complaint will be there for [redacted] years so I am not really inclined to do anything at this pointI don't want a closed complaintRetract it completely and I will discuss options that workHad [redacted] or someone from his organization gotten back to me during the [redacted] day time period I attempted to contact them regarding my order, chances are that I would have never contacted the Revdex.com and only when I informed [redacted] that the complaint had been filed did he make his initial contact with me [redacted] is clearly using threats to recant my complaint with the Revdex.com and is not inclined to expedite the manufacturing of equipment that I’ve paid for in full which in my mind is theft to the consumer and may cause me to seek legal action against his company. On March 27th, I contacted [redacted] with the following message based on his treats that I remove my complaint with the Revdex.com** ,I’ve contacted the senior VP of the Revdex.com to explain my situation and to be provided feedback per your request to remove my complaint with the Revdex.com It was explained to me that I could remove the text associated with the complaint but the complaint itself would remain for the year time period I’m willing to do so with the following stipulations I would need for you to initiate the order for the three remaining machines by the end of the day on Tuesday March 28th, along with the contact information with Vend-net that the order has been satisfied If I can salvage the Apple store which is yet to be determined, I would like a timeline for delivery within the next business days and I will pay you the $once the machine arrives in Phoenix If the Apple store is no longer an option, standard shipping of 4-weeks would be acceptable In addition, I’ve not yet sent a response to yours regarding my initial complaint but have prepared one for you to read that I’m prepared to send to the Revdex.com which they have given me time to send by the end of the day this week on Wednesday March 29th I’ve also explained to the Revdex.com that you have since demanded that I have the complaint removed “When you have fully recanted your Revdex.com complaint I will give you a timelineI don't care if you need to tell them it was a misunderstanding or what but the fact is that complaint will be there for [redacted] years so I am not really inclined to do anything at this pointI don't want a closed complaintRetract it completely and I will discuss options that work After sharing this information with the Revdex.com, they found this demand concerning and are prepared to complete an investigating regarding this matter that I believe could affect your rating with the Revdex.com It’s clear that you owe me the vending machines and your request to have my complaint removed to the best of my ability can be accomplished I would recommend that you take the easy steps necessary to fulfill your obligation to provide me the equipment that I’ve paid for in full** responded with the following message: **,I do not know the [redacted] that you mention however I have cc'd [redacted] from the San Diego Revdex.com on this email so he is completely notified of the the situationIt is always our wish to try and come to a logical agreement with any operator.Although we attempted to frame it in another way I want you o be 100% clear- My communication to you to recant your complaint was based on the fact that your complaint was invalid, erroneous and you owe us moneyThe complaint should not have been made by you in the first placeBased on the video footage and testimony of other operators I also believe you are a kleptomaniac. The offers that I have extended to you are completely withdrawnI would prefer to litigate thisThis is my final communication with youOur [redacted] can discuss it for now onPlease cease and desist any contact with myself of my staffAny other emails or phone calls from you will be disregardedRegards, [redacted] | GROW HEALTHY VENDINGI’ve indicated to [redacted] that I do not believe that providing all Healthy vending is a sustainable venture to provide his customers with a viable ROI and this is supported by their approval to put traditional products in machines that are plastered with “Healthy Vending” logos If you choose to invest in Healthy vending, you will soon find out from other vending companies that the above feedback is true throughout the vending industry based on what has been shared with me by other companies [redacted] is clearly upset that my efforts to expose his unlawful activity was communicated to the Revdex.com and has since made every effort to seek revenge If you are reading this response I’ve posted to **, I encourage you to read between the lines and make a good decision for yourself with regards to any investment with GROW I can assure you that it has been a disappointment from day one for me and I would encourage you to invest in an organization that will provide you a ROI and communicate with you in a professional manner I will leave you with this one question to ask yourself, if [redacted] had such feelings about working with me as a partner with his company, why would I continue to be contacted by his sales team for locations while at the same time he admits I should have not been offered the site???? This happened not once or twice, but three times in an effort to scam me out of my money I can honestly say that I went into this investment with a plan to expand which is clearly supported by the over [redacted] I have sent him in the past A lesson well learned and served to me to make better decisions in the future with regards to my money and where I choose to invest Regards, **

This was already a prior Review that was answered alreadyThe refund check was mailed per the Operators agreement via the US Postal ServiceIf it is not processed for payment we will cancel and re-issue another however we must attempt to track the first check

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is a complaint in regards to delivery of the machine itself In fact, I believe this to be a complete fraud case, as we purchased the machine from Grow in October of and have yet to receive the machine We were advised by the Grow logistics department that the machine was finished in and being held at the manufacturer This was to help Grow avoid paying storage charges Now that we have procured a spot and requested the machine to be sent, the company claims they do not have the machine They have had over days since our request for the machine The only response that we can elicit is that "they do not know when we can get our product." My question is: If they don't know then who does?My feeling is that Mr [redacted] and Grow sold the machine with the intent of never delivering Regards, [redacted]

Hi,We wanted to take the time to answer this complaint directly as we want to ensure the events of what has occurred are clear. This customer purchased a machine in full for a location that was secured for her at [redacted] . She paid the balance for the machine, it was shipped, installed and... she began her business. In this case [redacted] had agreed to subsidize a portion of the vending sales. Many months after the machine was installed, operating and making revenue [redacted] notified the operator that they wished to have the machine removed. It is unfortunate but can happen from time to time. Sometimes this is due to the location being unhappy with the services being provided and it can also be a case where the location just decides to move on with another vending partner. The customer is correct that Grow does not have a "buy back" program. In fact, this is specifically written into each agreement and is included in hers as well. Grow cannot be responsible for lost locations well after a time period in which they were placed and operating. This was not an underperforming location, it was simply a location that apparently decided to move in another direction. The customer has an option of paying a relocation fee in order to have Grow find a new location and move the machine to that location. The day to day operations of the company are handled by the various managers and coaches in each department. The customer may contact the Locations Department directly in order to pay for and begin the relocation process. It is our goal to ensure success for all of our operators however Grow is not responsible for the loss of a performing location well after the fact. We will assist the operator as necessary to relocate her machine to another location.Regards,Grow Management

By all means, please post any and all communication that I have had with your company and its representatives I am certain that anyone reading the reviews will see what you call "derogatory," is in fact honesty and frustration However, I would like to note that once again you have yet to give any information on the product purchased We are almost one year from the date of purchase and days from my last request to have it delivered; yet all Grow can say is that the machine will be delivered There needs to be action not words From reading the other complaints, I'm certain many others would appreciate action as well If the Revdex.com does in fact act as a consumer advocate, I'd like them to advise a direction on my behalf

This will be the last response regarding this issue as our ** are reviewing the case for possible defamationIn fact, two days ago this complaint was officially closed by the Revdex.comVideotape does not lie** is on tape stealing from our company lockersIn addition, all other Grow Operators who attended the training also noticed and notified myself and my staffThe fact that ** is lying about this shows his true morality. ** was told to recant his complaint because it is false, contains inaccuracies and should not have been made in the first placeIt was not a quid pro quo offer as he is attempting to frame it. We have hundreds of very happy and successful Grow Operators located throughout North America and stand by our product and services. I find ** actions inaccurate and also act of extortion. ** was given very simple options and in response he decided to move forward with a smear campaign. I am happy to share with any operator or potential operator the facts and proof of what has occurred. Two days ago this complaint was officially closed by the Revdex.com and we received notice of this

As previously stated, this operator has RECEIVED $100,in equipment and services during his time as a customerThe last machines which were purchased are in the final process of being completed and will be shipped promptlyMr*** is not being truthful in his statements as our factory never gives any information whatsoever about Grow production schedulesProduction schedules which are completely separate of any other factory production schedulesThe refund that was previously offered to Mr*** is rescinded and we consider this matter closed at the time the machines are shipped. The comments above from the business are bogusAs usual, just like all other Revdex.com complaints that have been filed, all I hear are excuses as to why Grow can't execute the locations processI never once used foul language to any of the Grow employeesWhen I have different locations people due to them being fired or quitting, it puts the locations process on holdI know that it is a waste of time to pursue this any longer as I know what Grow is all aboutRest assured, they won't be in business very longI don't wish to have any further communication from *** and his fraudulent companyThey have done nothing but lie and make excusesThere is a reason that a deposit to their company is non refundableBecause they can't fulfill their commitment and their promises of finding locations quicklySCAM!

This customer purchased machines along with location services described in the attached agreementHe received the first location and then the first machine was shipped and installedDuring the locations process for the second machine he became belligerent to our staff and we then ceased the locations processHe has made improper comments both verbally and in writing to our staffTo the point that my staff refuses to communicate with him. Per his agreement he received a refund of the location procurement portion of his agreement. He in turn requested that we ship the machine to him once it was availableThe machine in question is in our standard production cycle and will be shipped once it is completed, which is the same information that has been relayed to himDue to the large amount of new machine orders his order has been delayed. We expect the machine to ship in the next day cycleOver the past years in business we have secured locations and shipped nearly machine to our over operators throughout the United StatesThis constitutes a total of over customers with complaints during this timeWe look to ensure that all customers are happy however there are circumstances that may occurIn this case, we have notified the operator that they will receive the purchased machine when it is ready to be shipped. We stand by our previous assertionWe have secured a very viable location for this particular Operator and per his agreement he is to make his balance payment in order for the machine to be shipped and installedWe also have many emails and correspondence with the Operator in this regardUnfortunately if he is unwilling to follow through on the terms of his agreement we are uncertain as what to doThis Operator has made several excuses on continuing his business but he signed an agreement to purchase machines and he shall be held accountableThe location he is turning down is a High School which historically has been one of the top three types of locations based on daily sales to actually secureThere is absolutely no reason for him to not move forward as we have completed the terms from our end. Grow Vending had one full year to place the machines as agreed uponTheir salesman Will assured me that in no way would it take longer than to months to place the machines He was very convincing and I believed himHad I been told that I would not have all placed in a month period, I would not have bought any machines as I didn't have the capitalThey also stated that there is no other vendor in OKC that they were working withTurns out that there was another company who they were working with in the OKC area. Do I have documentation that I was told this? NoI completely trusted Will when he told me that there would be no issue on placing the machinesThis is why I wasn't really concerned with sending them a deposit for the machinesI fully trusted that I was being told the truthMy intent is not to do any damage to Grow VendingMy intent is to work a resolution to get my remaining deposit back that is in their possession for the remaining machines that weren't placedThey placed two and I placed The deposit was for machinesThis is all I want is my deposit backThey have had a year to place the machines and it has put me in a bad financial position because I was fully counting on having all placed within a month period. The emails that were copied on this were sent to encourage Grow to help me find the remaining locations that I was owedI simply want my deposit back for the two machines that were not placed in the one year time frame*** has made a point to highlight my personal medical condition on here which have nothing to do with the fact that placement of my machines were met in a timely manner
