THEY CHARGED MUCH MORE THAN I AGREED ON.
JULY 23, 2020 at 10:41AM - CONFIRMATION *** - PAID WITH VISA PREPAID DEBIT CARD - I was only supposed to be charged $4.95 FOR SHIPPING ON A FREE TRIAL and my card was charged $94.14 immediately. IT WAS NOT DIVULGED THAT I WAS SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I ONLY FOUND THAT DURING MY LENGTHY SEARCH FOR AN ADDRESS SO I COULD FILE THIS COMPLAINT. THIS BUSINESS HAS MANY DIFFERENT NAMES. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND INFORMATION. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL SAYING: Please cancel shipment and refund my money and cancel my subscription. I JUST CALLED 844-984-2451 TWICE AND WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN DISCONNECTED. I RECEIVED THIS: RE: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND $94.14 (29693574)

I ordered 1 item, was charged for and sent 3 and company *** not take a return or refund my money
On 1/28/20 I filled out a survey from what I thought was CVS and at the end was offered a trial of CBD gummies for $4.95 shipping. The invoice I got stated the the product as being shipped but did not have the items or price listed. On 2/1/20 I received 3 items, 2 of which I did not order and when I called Visa realized that I had been charged $25.80 not $4.95. I called the company today and spoke to Will, a supervisor. He said that I ordered the products (which I did not) , that the $25.80 was for shipping and handling and would not be refunded even if I returned the products. The CBD dummies have 5mg CBD per container which is almost nothing, and the other 2 products, a tincture and muscle rub, do not have any CBD, which is false advertising. Also I was signed up for a subscription to receive these products on a recurring basis which I did not authorize.I am disabled and do not want to pay $25.80 for products that I did not order and are not what they claim to be. Also, I thought I was dealing with CVS, a legitimate company, else I would not have opted to try the product.

I would like $25.80 refunded to my credit card. I have the unopened products and will return them but would like a shipping label asI don't want to pay shipping to return items I didn't order. Also I do not want any further charges from this company. I have also contacted my credit card customer service department regarding this.

I've repeatedly replied STOP to their text messages and it never stops. They are harrassing me with thier repeated text messages. Usually at 3am to 4am. I've also tried calling and the number doesn't answer and no option to leave a message.

Total scam operation.....thieves!

These people overcharged, and then they hit again with a duplicate charge when I asked for a refund.
11/18/19-I attempted to purchase cbd oil from this company under the advertisement of buy 3 at $39.99, get 2 free. I waited through the checkout process for a total, and the site never gave me one. It completed the order without giving me a total. I looked on my account immediately, and they had hit my card with $204.91 and two charges for $7.95. Nowhere close to what I thought I had ordered. When I called to cancel the whole thing, they claimed to have issued a refund. When I looked back at my account, they had hit it a SECOND time with $204.91. I called yet again, and the customer service rep called me a liar and said that could not be them. That they did not charge me a second time and a refund had been issued. It is very clear on my bank account that they hit it twice. I called my bank, and they said nothing can be done as long as charges are only pending. I have to wait and see what happens. But, when the customer service rep told me they did not hit my account twice, I told him I was reporting them. Their whole process is shady.

On 11-2-19 I placed order # XXXXXX with First Class Herbalist for what I thought was in the amount of $39.00, however, it turnt out to be$229.00, when I realized how much they were charging me I tried to stop it but couldn't, I called the number on the web site and was told there wasn't anything they could do, the product was delivered to my home w/o a return label, I just want to get my money back and return the product

I ordered 3 free trial items for shipping charges only. Then they tacked on insurance and said I ordered it. Did not. called in to get insurance $ removed they did so. About 2 weeks after ordering they charged me 3 different times $89.95 with differeent discriptions and different 800 numbers. I called and they gave me 50% back. that is what I could have purchased items at full price and then alittle higher. They should reimburse me $89.95. I sent email to customer service, no reply, that is what agent told me to do. Stop these people and get my $89.95 please. I have items unopened I will send back to get $ but they did not even offer me that option. They said rules were on their website but not on facebook advertising, which is where I ordered from.

company keeps sending product. I did not sign up for continued delivery. I signed up for sample and agreed to pay shipping.
On 12/24/2018 I responded to an advertisement for a sample of cbd tincture. I was to pay only shipping. Since then, I have been getting monthly deliveries and am being billed $100.00 each time. I did not sign up for this and wish it to stop.

Checking site for product pricing there was no listing.

Upon receiving my package and trying the product I checked the website to inquire on the product pricing in case I want to reorder.

There is no listing for price of product only free trial offers at shipping cost only.

Website does not have much for contact. Links seem broken.

A web search reveals many scam complaints against this company already.

I am on disability and cannot afford the near $100 they want to auto fill unless I return the opened product I just tested.

Company fails to represent its industry properly. I will be changing my bank card if I have to avoid this greedy scam disguised as a method of helping people.

I expected a free trial as advertised not a trick which requires automatic refills unless I return the product I am trying.

I was just charged another $100.10 on the third! This is ridiculous I am sending the paperwork over to you again because I have not heard back from you. I assume the attachment never went through. Can you please help me. I am on a fixed income and they are taking my money without my permission. I changed card numbers and they still have access. I will try to make it to he bank to change the account number tomorrow I have 3 dr. appointments today.

My complaint is concerning a misleading business practice. They offer a free product if the S&H is paid. What they do not make obvious is the fact that there is a $99 fee if the subscription is not canceled in a short period but there is no mention of a subscription in the shipping payment agreement. I read the reviews and there a lot of people being ripped off by this company. With CBD's becoming a hot new item, GrowMax CBD will be raking in tons of money surreptitiously.
Fortunately I used a credit card and was able to get a refund from the bank, but I consider this a serious enough threat that I thought I should warn you. It will afffect a lot of people.

I called customer service line at least a dozen time, same day, to cancel order and all you get is a voice message after bout a minute of hold, saying the next available customer service representive will return your call, leave you name and number. well they must be awlful busy because it has been over 24 hours and no one has called. this is a fraud business, very deceitfull practice. reading their web site says you must have a return control number to return product. it is impossible to do when they will not return their phone calls or return your e-mails. they list their phone number as 1-888-266-6201, try it and see if anyone calls you back.

They have sent an item to me in November and are going to send one on December 22. I do not this product. I have tried to cancel numerous time. They are taking monies out of my bank account. $100.16.

Somehow the bank helped me reach them and I was able to get them to agree no more products but they will not honor any refund.

Growmax will not stop sending products in spite of e-mails and returned products.
I ordered one each of two items and Growmax has been sending their products as though I had requested refills. Which I did not. The products seem to be worthless in any case. The costs are absurd. Each order of CBD oil costing $100. I never subscribe to automatic purchases of such things. I have returned their products and e-mailed them repeatedly with no response other than continued shipments of their worthless products.

Refund all charges other than the initial order and cease sending any products.

Deceptive business practices.
Used CC for shipping of a free sample of CBD oil. I was automatically subscribed to be charge $100.10 for future shipments of product. I did not agree to this and no where on the site does it say you would be subscribed to be shipped and charged for further product. There is also no way to contact them anywhere on their website, e.g., phone, email.

Subsequently, to stop further shipments and charges, I have had to cancel my CC and have a new one issued.

I would like to send back the shipped product that I was charged $100.10 for and get a refund.
