I did not get any results from the CBD Oil, and after the sample was used for several days, I went online to the autofill cancellation and canceled.
I ordered a trial version, and I did not like the way it made me feel, so I went online and cancelled the subscription, which did not read that it was a subscription, until I Googled the GrowMax, and found that there were multiple accounts on the Revdex.com in Tampa FL that stated that they could not get out of the subscription. I did not receive any confirmation of cancellation, and I have 30 years of IT and cybersecurity for NASA Kennedy Space Center, and I know that I did the autofill website to cancel my subscription, and today, I get this email that stated that they are shipping me the product, and there is a pending credit card statement from GrowMax. I called this number from my credit card transaction, and waited 5 minutes and then was only allowed to leave a message, and I gave them my order number, my telephone number, and I have not heard back from them, so I am thinking that they are a fraudulent company, and I will be making a complaint to the Florida Attorney General, Pam B, and to the Florida Consumer website
I want my order cancelled, and a refund to my on file credit card immediately.
I returned the product and I never received credit as was advertised.
I signed up for a free sample. Then I got more in the mail that I returned. They charged my credit card $100 and after numerous emails to them, my credit was never received.
I returned the product and all I want is a refund on my credit card.
Would not cancel order, charged my credit card and no one will answer the phone calls to the number provided. Horrible product as well
I got a trial product from them a few weeks ago and about 6 days into trying the product, which was Oct 1, 2018 I have been trying to contact them
They are trying to continue my subscription and charge me 101 dollars for one month of product!!! Keep in mind I have sent several emails and texts to cancel and ask for a call or customer service number. I've had no response at all. On the 10th they had the nerve to send me a receipt for 101 dollars for my next monthly shipment. This company is seriously corrupt and luring them in for a trial and than automatically subscribing them. I have found no website or phone number for them. I was just provided their adddress from you and a phone number that claimed it was after business hours when their location is Tampa FL, please help and advise in this matter. Thanks

I just spent well over an hour on the phone with a rep and a very unhelpful, and rude supervisor. On November 10th, I ordered a rush trial on a skincare product called Derma-A I believe, but the charge came under queen beauty creams, which when looking up appears to be for ethnic skin?!?!?! Because of this it was unrecognizable to me and my bank rep as well?!! I had recently called TD and assumed that I never actually placed the order bc I hadn't received anything in the mail, and the rep couldn't pinpoint it. She told me it was only a one time charge and could have been from a beauty supply store. This put me at ease and I Assumed that I had never completed and placed This so-called rush trial Order on this anti aging cream 15 days ago! Another reason I was under this assumption was because it had never been DELIVERED, and I have a lock box mailbox!
Apparently, their supervisor informed me today that it is still in the shipping process (which was referred to as a rush trial with a 12 day window to decide if you wanted to cancel your subscription?????!!!!!).....keep in mind it's been over 15 days now...
So not only was I charged the 4.95, for the shipping and my bank rep couldn't identify where it was from, but than they had the nerve to charge me $88.95 today!!!!! So basically I have been charged almost a 100 bucks for a cream I have never received, touched or used and the CHARGE is in PENDING process according to my bank. Why if it has not processed do I have to wait 3 to 5 business days For a REFUND for a product I never ever received?!?!?! This is absurdly unfair business practices in my opinion, and on top of that they refuse to refund my 4.95 shipping rush trial charge even though I DONT WANT IT!!! I want nothing to do with this business ever Again....This business is a scam, they are incompetent, rude and told me it would take up to 24 hours for me to even get an EMAIL CONFIRMATION of my cancellation of this mysterious product!?!?!?!
Please investigate this business and red flag it for the sake of other consumers that will be duped, treated poorly, and pretty much robbed of their time and money!!!!!!
Jack L. was the only rep who listened and understood my frustration, but unfortunately didn't have the authorization to make the necessary immediate changes and actions that would HAVE BEEN THE obvious option for any sort of reputable business.
BTW.......I also spoke to my bank prior to this entire debacle and they closed my account, so this has also been a huge inconvenience to say the least! BEWARE of QUEEN SKIN CREAMS.... which is their alias.
I hope this will be circulated and help others from the frustration and BS I have endured due to their complete incompetence, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve serious business issues regarding customers in a timely manner.
In regards to this business who took my money and provided me with nothing..... please send me my confirmation of cancellation of this so called subscription and MY REFUND ASAP before I have to escalate this information.

unapproved charges after order
ordered GrowmaxCBD oil about 2.5 weeks ago, immediately after order I tried to located company contact and failed on finding contact information on their site. Today I have been charged for product in which I didn't order and Email says membership. I didn't sign up for a membership. I found information on web and Revdex.com site containing companies
negative practices. I tried calling both company numbers listed on Revdex.com and get a recording of customer service times during customer service times.

We have searched our database and were unable to find an account for *** with the information she has provided. Additionally, the terms she disclosed are quite different from our own.
As is stated on our website, we offer a 17 day trial of our product CBD Gummies. The customer need only pay $5.95 or $9.95 for shipping and handling for a full month's supply that they may evaluate within a 17 day period. If we do not receive notification from the customer within this 17 day period that they wish to cancel, they will be billed at a price of $77.21 and enrolled in our monthly auto shipment program.
There are many other companies who sell CBD Gummies. Additionally, we have no record of contact with *** with the phone number or email she provided.
