Aloha, You can handle it through meI have been in contact with my finance departmentI do apologize for the prolonging of this incident, but as my Customer Care Specialists have advised, the charges were voided in our reservations system which resulted in my team not being able to locate any transaction on your credit card When this was brought to the attention of my finance department, they in turn needed to contact our bank and open a problem ticket which took weeks to investigate and return their findings Yes, we did void out the transaction in our reservations system; however, the charges still went through since the ticket purchase was done the evening before and submitted the following morning before the void took placeI have verification from our bank that the funds were deducted from your account I will submit your refund request to my finance department (which will not get processed until Monday, the Corporate Office is closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday)Please allow 7-business days for posting back to your account, once it has been processedPlease reply here with the last digits of the credit card that you desire the refund to be posted to Again, please accept my sincerest apologies Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me Happy Holidays! I am rejecting this response because:There is only one way to satisfactorily resolve this complaint As stated in the Revdex.com complaint, "We would like a CASH refund of $(NOT an airline credit, travel voucher, etc.) for airfare, luggage fees, and re-booking feesThis situation was created by your absentee, incompetent employee, NOT by us!"Their generic response of, "Thank you for contacting Island Air Customer CareIsland Air realizes things may not always go as planned and has a designated Customer Care team to assist our guests with any concernsThe Island Air Customer Relations Department will acknowledge each written complaint within five (5) business days and will send a substantive written response within thirty (30) days of receiving the written complaintMahalo for your patience" to the Revdex.com complaint is unacceptable It offers no resolution or compensation whatsoever.In fact, they are not even in compliance with their own response to the complaint which is another great example of the lack of customer service we've experienced with Island Air They received written notice from the Revdex.com on November 18, They state, "The Island Air Customer Relations Department will acknowledge each written complaint within five (5) business days and will send a substantive written response within thirty (30) days of receiving the written complaint." They didn't even reply to the written complaint until December 3, which is days after they received it Now they want another days to investigate! I want my money refunded per Legal Code of Federal Regulations CFR

Aloha, The confirmation that is referenced in the original complaint is an interline ticket purchased through *** *** On April 19th, we processed a scheduled change which moved you from your original departure time of 941am to 712am As the tickets are wholly unused and

reservations system; however, the charges still went through since the ticket

the void took place. I have verification from our bank that the funds were
deducted from your account.  I will submit your refund request to my
finance department (which will not get processed until Monday, the Corporate
Office is closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday). Please allow 7-10 business days
for posting back to your account, once it has been processed. Please reply here
with the last 4 digits of the credit card that you desire the refund to be
posted to.
