The company send a very long letter that said nothing and addressed nothing. Boilerplate response at best, they did not address any details. They need to produce the re ording of the ohone conversation between them and our dentist. They will not because they committed the services were 100% covered. Their response is a continued insult and not acceptable at all.

No problem. Unfortunately our awning maker was unable to produce this as she explained. We will drop the $300.00 deposit in the mail. Thanks!

[redacted] Allied Aluminum Products, the company in which I filed my complaint against, contacted me after I filed the complaint requesting me to remove it. They said they would come and address the problem with their faulty installation the following week. They never called me again nor came to my house to even look at the installation of the door on my house regarding the initiated complaint. I have never heard from these people to date. It appears they have not attention of attempting to do anything regarding their breach of contract. The purchase price for this door and installation was $638.00.

Unfortunately, we were unable to install a traditional awning as initially hoped and had to change the order a few weeks ago. We met with the homeowner and changed directions to a whole new approach. This response is a rejection of a typical response made by a business trying to minimize any harm this complaint could do to their "family owned" reputation. This family owned business may be nice and easy to deal with when finalizing a sale and installing their products, but beware if you ever have any problems with the product that they sell you. Allied Aluminum lacks in customer service skills.This complaint could have been easily avoided if this information was communicated at my initial phone call. I would have been willing to work with them and paid for any reasonable labor costs involved in getting this defective motor (under warranty) removed and replace with a new one. But, months of ignoring, avoiding and trying to figure out what to do on Allied Aluminum's part only created frustration.An apology and reasonable cost offer to resolve this issue will be accepted only if I am contacted directly by phone or email by Allied Aluminum. I will not attempt to contact them again or refer their products and service to anyone else if I fail to be contacted. I will go elsewhere to resolve my issue.

The letter failed to answer my question "Why aren't dental sealants covered for adults?"  It merely stated why I already know "they are not covered," and to be fair, some reasonable workarounds in the future.  But their answer amounted to nothing more than "we have no obligation to explain why we structure our plans the way we do.  We cover what we cover, and that is all we will say about it; pre-approve your treatment with us next time."

We received a call one evening from [redacted] and before I could even check my messages and get back with him he had already contacted the Revdex.com. This  should not be considered a complaint. We have no problem helping [redacted]  Will contact him next week and see what is wrong.[redacted]
