So home depot contracted this company to pick up a return. The return was scheduled for pick up on 7/14 between 10 am and 1 pm. The package was a huge bath surround 60 x 75 to be returned. I moved it outside ready to be picked up (by myself). and waited. They never came. I left to go to work. at 2:45 pm they called, leave no message and no call back reference. I have a camera system I checked package is still outside. Package was never picked up. Then I look at tracking link to see if any updates...none posted but I did screenshot it. Then I text the text service, no reply. Then I call and leave message---No reply, Then I email and contact customer service. I got a reply to send them reference code and check tracking site. I sent them code and I had already checked tracking site...now it said my tracking and reference code didn't exist.

They completely deleted the tracking and reference code. Then I call and send additional emails...no response the company is ghosting me. Not only are they ghosting me they went back in their system and completely deleted the job reference and codes.

This company is horrible, don't expect them to actually complete a job, or respond. If they do something wrong they will erase the evidence. Download and screen shot everything.

I'm still trying to contact them, no response, and I've been hung up on.

I paid for white glove delivery and my furniture is sitting in my living room and dining room they said they could not get it up my stairs without damages the furniture or my house , and that was on August and they supposed to contact me on that Monday I still have not heard anything from them

Delivery # Delivery #left our new furniture (fabric material) with grease and oil prints The furniture company arranged to replace it for us and on delivery 2, after asking the delivery men to remove their shoes (we have a young child at home), they told me they don't remove their shoes Then, after explaining to them why we had the replacement furniture, I asked them to wash their hands before handling They washed them...didn't dry themNow the fabric is stained The company itself - i've been speaking to [redacted] - has an insane delivery procedure They call me to tell me when they are going to deliver the furniture, with no more than hours notice I tell them I cannot accommodate that schedule, and [redacted] tells me that they don't know the next time they will be in my area What determines whether they will be delivering in my area? Should my request be sufficient? Finally, the delivery men called at 8:as a courtesy call to let me know they would be by shortly They arrived at 10: This place needs to be closed

Ok, I left a comment earlier today about not receiving my shipment in the time that the company stated that I would Let me just say, I emailed Guardian Logistics and they followed up with me promptly! They were extremely nice and helpful They have restored my faith in this company I understand the inner workings of shipping and receiving and I know things happen But that they reached out and made sure I was satisfied meant a lot!

They called me on Friday to schedule a delivery for the following Monday between 4-8pmI waited (gave up going to an event with my daughter) all eveningAfter a no show and no call, I called the next morningThey told me they didn't have me as being scheduled in the system and that no one called me on Friday to scheduleBasically calling me a liar! I told them I could send a screen shot of my phone showing where they called meThey said someone would be calling back to schedule itI'm still waiting on the call

I read the last negative review and my experience has been the exact same- I have been contacted several times to schedule a delivery- I was given a time frame of 11am to 3pm that my delivery would be made- they never showed ! and never called to say they wouldn't be there- so I called them- they said they were running behind but delivery WOULD happen today- I got a call at 9PM that they wanted to make the delivery in minutes and I was not home - I called them again the next day- a friday- they stated the delivery would be made on Monday- I called them to tell them my husband would be home all day- they said they were not going to be in my area at all today- "one hand does not know what the other hand is doing"- I made the comment "so this means the item I delivered has been on your truck since last Tuesday?" the gentleman said, " no, it has been in our warehouse" -so my question is "how can it be in your warehouse when your driver told me it was ready for delivery in minutes last Thursday ?" NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM !!

Two hours ago, Guardian Logistics delivered an adjustable bed and mattress for me. The company I bought the bed from assured me that the delivery company would call me several days prior and give me a couple of options for delivery days. Not so. [redacted], who called me yesterday, told me they had to deliver it tomorrow morning, that she couldn't guarantee any other time. I told her this was a problem because I couldn't remove the old mattress by then. She assured me that the delivery guys would remove the old mattress.
This morning, the delivery guys were not prepared to remove the old mattress. I had paid for white glove service.
When I told the delivery guys that no one has ever worn shoes on our bedroom rug, the ignored this. Most respectful companies have the plastic boot covers you can easily slip on.
I saw the bed's remote being set up at the foot of the bed instead of the front, and I politely asked, "shouldn't it be at the front?", and he snapped at me to let them do their job.
They ended up taking the old mattress away because otherwise, it was impossible to assemble the new bed, but they complained about it for a half hour.
Then he made hints on wanting a tip.

I paid for white glove delivery and my furniture is sitting in my living room and dining room . they said they could not get it up my stairs without damages the furniture or my house , and that was on August 13 2016 and they supposed to contact me on that Monday I still have not heard anything from them.

I ordered a bedroom suite through the [redacted].com website. I paid an extra $100 to get it shipped directly to my house. Guardian Logistics Solutions just happened to be the company that they go through to ship furniture from [redacted] Furniture. I initially had a lot of problems getting them on base to deliver the furniture. On Monday they were going to deliver it the driver forgot the insurance papers for his truck back at "the office" and he was very unprofessional about it and laughed and thought the whole ordeal was funny. He said that he would call his boss within 5 minutes to let her know what was going on so that I could reschedule and reschedule myself. I waited 30 minutes and called her and she didn't even know what was going on. Then she called him and got the information and then said he was going to wait and see if the man who owned the truck would fax him the insurance information for the truck. He never sent them so I had to call back Tuesday and get them to reschedule the deliver for Wednesday. So, Wednesday rolls around and they said the man that they sent had the insurance papers. We got ready to go meet him at the gate to escort him on base. The boss called me and said that the driver couldn't get on base again and just simply told me that she didn't know why. So, I call the man 3 times before he answered and he told me he couldn't get on base because of things he had done in his past. So then I call the company and the woman tells me that she was pretty much unaware of that. Then they tried to reschedule the delivery for Friday but on that day I got into a car accident on base so then I rescheduled it for the following Monday. Monday comes around and I actually get the furniture. The man that delivered it this time was very courteous, but the very first thing I saw was that I noticed was that all of the boxes where torn and had puncture marks in them. I proceeded to open the furniture and (it was an entire bedroom suite.) the only things not damaged were the head board, rails for the bed, and the mirror for the dresser. The dresser had a board below the second drawer that was completely busted out. It also had a pretty large scratch on the top right hand drawer and on the board between the two sets of drawers. It had a nick on the very top. The Foot board had a very large dent/crack/bent spot on the upper right hand side. The nightstand had a chipped spot on the top right hand side and on the side of the night stand at the bottom it has 2 chipped places, one where the wood is completely missing. The nightstand also had a 2 inch scratch on the top of the top drawer. It just looked like every time they didn't get to ship it they just threw it on and off the truck for some reason. If I every get furniture again I am specifically going to ask for another company.

Great job, guys were friendly and handled everything with care.

Delivery #2. Delivery #1 left our new furniture (fabric material) with grease and oil prints. The furniture company arranged to replace it for us and on delivery 2, after asking the delivery men to remove their shoes (we have a young child at home), they told me they don't remove their shoes. Then, after explaining to them why we had the replacement furniture, I asked them to wash their hands before handling. They washed them...didn't dry them. Now the fabric is stained.

The company itself - i've been speaking to [redacted] - has an insane delivery procedure. They call me to tell me when they are going to deliver the furniture, with no more than 24 hours notice. I tell them I cannot accommodate that schedule, and [redacted] tells me that they don't know the next time they will be in my area. What determines whether they will be delivering in my area? Should my request be sufficient? Finally, the delivery men called at 8:30 as a courtesy call to let me know they would be by shortly. They arrived at 10:15.

This place needs to be closed.

Delivery of erroneous product and not returning to pick-up item following phone calls with GLS.10/30/15 delivery of erroneous item;purchased from[redacted] 9/30/15;model#[redacted](2"mattress queen foundation; order#[redacted]; product cost:$125.00; credit card acct. Mattress foundation was due for delivery 10/14/15, which did not happen as per Guardian Logistics.10/30/15 Spoke with GLS agent [redacted] twice. I found the item thrown half on the porch and half in the WET, MUDDY GRASS. Due to HOA rules I had to pull the item into my home. The so called 2" mattress foundation is 5". THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! It's actually for a person in Newport News, Virginia. GLS's [redacted] asked me to email pictures. I did. [redacted] then asked me to email the transit slip. I did that as well. I requested the item be removed from my home since it is blocking my front door, living room and dining room. GLS is located less than 7 minutes from where I live. But no one from [redacted] has called to immediately rectify the situation. Desired SettlementI want [redacted] to remove this mis-delivered item from my premises immediately. If there are any damages to my hardwood floors then I want them to pay for it. Business Response In response to this customer's complaints, Guardian Logistics Solutions submits the following;Erroneous Product - This Basic Delivery (No signature required) was delivered to the customer's home of record the very next day. The incorrect freight for this customer was delivered to us from the shipper.Product Pick Up - This was picked up the same day that the customer called to advise that the incorrect item had been shipped.Delayed Delivery - Customer states delivery should have occurred 10/14/2015, not sure why she was under this impression, we did not receive the freight until 1528hrs 10/29/2015 and delivered the freight to her 10/30/2015 at 0958hrs.No photos or transit slips have been received by us at this time.We always make our customers a priority and respond to escalated issues in a timely manner.Consumer Response Guardian Logistics Solutions has fabricated a scenario. Contacted GLS at noon, 10/30/15.Sent 2 photos of wrong delivery. [redacted] of GLS then asked for tracking slip. Sent photo of slip. Pkg. was for a customer in Newport News, VA. 11/2/15 talked to [redacted] of GLS then [redacted] got on the line and asked for photos. I told him to check with [redacted]. [redacted] found the pictures.Guardian Logistics Solutions NEVER PICKED UP OR REMOVED THE QUEEN-SIZED MATTRESS FOUNDATION FROM MY HOME. On 11/12/15, [redacted] dispatched a different company, Non-Stop Delivery and the mis-delivered package was removed. Guardian Logistics Solutions should receive an "F" for customer service and for its mendacity.

The company scheduled a delivery date and time to deliver a television I've been waiting for 6 weeks for. They ensured the driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. No driver ever called or showed up to deliver my television. When I called the company, they stated the driver had no cell coverage but had come by and nobody was home. They stated he left a door tag. I was home an hour prior to the scheduled delivery time and nobody came by or left a door tag. Now I have to drive an hour and a half to pick up my television.Product_Or_Service: tvDesired SettlementI would like a supervisor to contact me and explain the incompetence of his employees and make a sincere apology. Consumer's Response:I spoke with the company and the issue has since been resolved, thank you.
