Two hours ago, Guardian Logistics delivered an adjustable bed and mattress for me. The company I bought the bed from assured me that the delivery company would call me several days prior and give me a couple of options for delivery days. Not so. [redacted], who called me yesterday, told me they had to deliver it tomorrow morning, that she couldn't guarantee any other time. I told her this was a problem because I couldn't remove the old mattress by then. She assured me that the delivery guys would remove the old mattress.
This morning, the delivery guys were not prepared to remove the old mattress. I had paid for white glove service.
When I told the delivery guys that no one has ever worn shoes on our bedroom rug, the ignored this. Most respectful companies have the plastic boot covers you can easily slip on.
I saw the bed's remote being set up at the foot of the bed instead of the front, and I politely asked, "shouldn't it be at the front?", and he snapped at me to let them do their job.
They ended up taking the old mattress away because otherwise, it was impossible to assemble the new bed, but they complained about it for a half hour.

Inappropriate behavior by Guardian Logistics Solutions employees.Problem Date: December 30, 2014Tracking # 11544; Customer Reference # [redacted]Sales Rep:[redacted]On December 30, 2014 Guardian Logistics Solutions delivered furniture to my house at [redacted]. First of all, it took them weeks to deliver my furniture after it arrived at their warehouse from [redacted] They refused to properly and punctually coordinate an appropriate delivery time with my wife. Upon delivery, the delivery drivers attempted to back a huge delivery truck down my narrow driveway instead of parking the truck on the street, which would have been the appropriate action. They also failed to use a ground guide, and the delivery driver almost ran over one of my trees. My wife ran outside to stop them, and had to yell at them over the sound of the diesel engine so they could hear her pleas for them to stop the truck before destroying my property. One employee got out of the truck and yelled at my wife for yelling at him to stop, then he accused her of racism, even though she made no such comments that would fit that description. After that, he got back in the delivery truck, and drove back up my driveway at a high rate of speed. In the process of doing that, he hit another one of my trees with his truck, and he also ran into my full trash can, violently launching it into the street. Once they delivered my furniture, part of my bed was broken. I can only assume that it was broken because of the reckless driving demonstrated by the delivery truck driver in my driveway. The supervisor,[redacted] informed my wife over the phone that he would properly compensate us for the damage to my property. We have never heard from him since that day. I also plan on filing a police report through the [redacted] Police Department to record the damage that Guardian Logistics Solutions employees did to my property, since no one from the company has attempted to rectify the situation themselves.Desired SettlementI expect Guardian Logistics solutions to pay for the damage that was done to my property, and I also request that they never send those specific employees that delivered furniture to my house on December 30, 2014 to my house ever again.

Ok, I left a comment earlier today about not receiving my shipment in the time that the company stated that I would. Let me just say, I emailed Guardian Logistics and they followed up with me promptly! They were extremely nice and helpful. They have restored my faith in this company. I understand the inner workings of shipping and receiving and I know things happen. But that they reached out and made sure I was satisfied meant a lot!
