Ordered my product on a ThursdayMy card was charged on FridayI called Monday to inquire about shipping progress and a tracking numberThey said two days to process but my order was scheduled to be shipped that day and an email with the tracking number would be sent by days endDays end and still no email with tracking infoTuesday comes around I call to find out the status of my tracking number again was told product was shipped Monday and that I would receive an email with tracking info by end of dayI responded with if I don't receive my info I would be calling back on WednesdayHere it is Wednesday I call up and they say it was shipped today and that I should receive a tracking number via email by end of dayI asked if I could get that tracking number from them right there and and there and they gave it to meWhat's off the phone I confirmed that the tracking number was linked to my order that was scheduled for pickup on WednesdayWeather is picked up or not I won't know till laterI asked how long it would take and they said I chose a to business dayThey did nothing to write the wrong by overnighting it or compensating me for they're poor production processMy recommendations for those who choose to do business with this company to do their homework and read reviews that have been postedIf you don't mind the long-drawn-out process and have time to wait on your product that you are wanting to buy then feel freeI will think twice whether or not to use this company againThe customer service reps that I spoke with when I confront them with the facts started to have an attitude in their voiceGood luck with your product and service

I ordered Magpul round magazines in sand color from themI received two black ones insteadI checked the order confirmation it stated sand color, the packing slip showed sand color, however somebody had written "blk" in pen next to that line itemI contacted the company to inform them I got the wrong itemThey indicated that I was contacted over the phone and that I authorized them to send me the black magazinesI was never contacted by them regarding replacing part of my order, had I been contacted I would have canceled the orderThey did offer to give a shipping label for the return, but said they did not have any sand colored magazines in stock so they couldn't exchange the black ones for sandSince they screwed up my order and tried to cover it up I didn't trust them to process a return without screwing it up and covering their tracks as well so I did not accept their offer of a shipping labelI suggest staying as far away from this company as you can

Fraudulent charges to CC after purchasing from this merchant Purchased items from merchant, which arrived on timeA few days later I started seeing fraudulent charges on my CCApparently this is a common occurrence with this merchantIt seems they completely disregard PCI compliance and / or don't take necessary steps to ensure basic security is implemented if outsourcing PCI compliance

I ordered magazines and the way they list their magazines is very suspect as they hide the pertinent details of the magazine's several pages down on their website well below the add to cart buttonI thought I was ordering ten round and the magazines I ordered were listed as 10/Round MagazinesThe magazines are only round magazines and not round magazines I only noticed the magazines were incorrect after I opened one and they would not let me return the opened magazine with the others because it had been opened I even I pointed out their poor product description is what led me to order the wrong magazines, but they didn't care No one else in this industry advertises magazines in such a confusing way I returned the magazines and filed for a chargeback with my credit card company Their support was horrible and iI'll never do business with them again

Do not do business with Gun Mag WarehouseYou will regret it, and you will have wasted your time and have to order the product from a different vendor (or the manufacturer in my case anyway), all while being out the time of waiting for your order processing and for them to notify you that they screwed upThe concept of customer service is long lost on these individualsOn 04/03/I received an email subscription notification that an item that was out of stock was back in stockWithin minutes of my receipt of the in stock notification email I placed an order for two of these magazinesOn the website is a notification that "due to order volumeit will take 4-business days to process an order" That's fine, but when it comes to the truth, what they really mean is we won't do anything with your order until the 6th dayI found this out by reaching out to their "customer service" and being told that the order will go out that dayTurns out it didn'tOn the morning of the sixth day I receive an email notifying me that "While processing your order yesterday our warehouse found there was an

So basically the original in stock email notification was not accurate, and that due to the fact the business does not verify their vendor orders, I have to choose between waiting even longer for my product or cancelling my orderNo excuses, no attempts at contrition, no offers to make up for their mistake, just an email notifying me of their mistake and asking for my understandingWhen I called to discuss this, the customer service rep did not even attempt to address their business failure and repeated, that I could cancel or wait
Well I don't know about you, but when I spend my money, I want to do so with a business that is interested in ensuring my satisfaction, not one that could care lessSo now, I have ordered from directly from their supplier for dollars more a unit and will receive it before I even get the refund for GunMagWarehouse's mistakeAs others have said, this is a common theme for this business so avoid the same mistake at all costs and go with a more reputable and service friendly business

I ordered two round caliber magazines for my Smith and Wesson M&P AutoThe customer service was goodThe magazines were notThey would not load all roundsI call customer serviceThe representative stated that the customer service rep would send me an emailI contacted Pro Mag the manufacturer in AZ and they said to simply ship them back to the factory and the magazines would be replaced for free.Their return policy stated that the magazine must be in an unopened package and have no rounds loaded or inserted in tnhe weaponReally!!! Gun mag had double charged me for more then $200, after days of emails sent to them and no responseI give them a call and I was told it was a glich in there system , but never told when my $200+ would be credit backWell I gave them days to credit me back nothing yetAs of today my bank tells me they should of credited me back that day I called hmmmThanks citizens bank your the bestBeware gun mag warehouse will double charge!!!

this site really *** like many other customers have saidit's going on two weeks and still haven't received my magshad contacted them earlier which they had said due to postal holiday shipping would be delayed which was a lie; there is no postal holiday in marchthen I get another email saying slow shipping due to the political climate and that was another liei made orders from several other sites after making a order with them and have received those already and one even being a firearmis all I can say if you people are dumb enough to order from them ; you deserve to get hosed like I did for not heeding prior reviewsthe worst online site EVER!!!!!!!!!

This was the last place used other then Amazon After charges were made I did an internet search and found this to be a common problem with online purchases from their website www.gunmagwarehouse.com

Shipped once - charged twice - My VISA bill was charged on January for a shipment which arrived, but my VISA bill was charged again on January - after two phone calls and a fax which included details, there has been no response about order #- ***

I receive e-mails from Gun Mag WarehouseI just received one showing Magpul Magazines on saleThe Magpul third generation for a / rifle round showing three different colors were $each down from $when you click to order it asks how many and what color do you wantI clicked on black, it then changed the sale price to $down from $I called their customer and asked what was going on with thisThey told me only the sand color was that $priceIt plainly stated on their add that they were out of the sand color

Three days have now gone by without my items shippingWill edit my review if anything changes

Really bad customer service couldn't get order right and web site ambiguous order was in-correctable hours after order placed email showed order was in error then charged restocking fee use Bayou Tactical is a better source better customer service

Ordering from the web site was easyShipment started promptlyI received my order in excellent shape
