VERY SLOW! Not worth the cash savings. I placed my order on 6/19/16. I called today 7/24/16 in the morning. It being the 5th business day and all. The employee that answered the phone said that they usually take 2-3 business days but since the sudden increase in sales delayed them to 3-5 days max. I told him that this is the 5th business day for me and he asked for my order number which I provided. HE total me that it's awaiting shipment and that it will be shipped out today and that I should get a email. He kept saying all orders will ship by the 5th day. It's 6.51pm in Texas and 7:51pm their time. No email. No update. Checked my accout on the website and still says "processing". Lies is what he told me. These guys need to get it together. The customer shouldn't have to suffer because they CANT handle the work load. Sure I could have went somewhere else but I took a chance despite the other negative reviews (because there are some good ones) and I deeply regret it. If you are looking for fast service don't shop here. If you want to waste time then shop here. This company doesn't care about its customers or the service they provide.
I ordered 10 magazines and the way they list their magazines is very suspect as they hide the pertinent details of the magazine's several pages down on their website well below the add to cart button. I thought I was ordering ten 30 round and the magazines I ordered were listed as 10/30 Round Magazines. The magazines are only 10 round magazines and not 30 round magazines.
I only noticed the magazines were incorrect after I opened one and they would not let me return the opened magazine with the others because it had been opened. I even I pointed out their poor product description is what led me to order the wrong magazines, but they didn't care. No one else in this industry advertises magazines in such a confusing way. I returned the magazines and filed for a chargeback with my credit card company.
Their support was horrible and iI'll never do business with them again.
