I understand the disclaimers, I did and still have proof of a firm price including of all costs, possible hidden costs, tt&l, dealer fees...(see e-mails) I think the internet sales are most likely a bait and switch, because they would not honor the priceWe looked at the car on Monday and there was no addendum on the carThe only dealer charge listed was car mats for $The sales man came back with a price of $30,for this car listed at $18,The internet ad that I had in my hand showed the vin number and the features of the carI went home and back to the internet and discussed the car through the internet chat feature Gay Family Kia hasI figured that in this way, I would be able to get a firm, honored price on the carArmando e-mailed me that the internet price was goodI asked for any hidden charges, he said there were none and that the price in the ad was goodHe mentioned I would pay 6.5% tax + title & license + dealer fee of approximately $ We went in Tuesday and Armando did not seem to know who I was or that I had an appointment with himIt was then that we were told by the manager that we could not get the car for our previously agreed price Included are the e-mails

Your full down payment check for $is ready for you to pick up when you drop the car off So if we can not keep you in the vehicle at the same payment then you will get a full refund of that down payment assuming there is no damage to our vehicle

There is a disclaimer on all of our internet prices under "DESCRIPTION" She wanted all incentives but you must finance with KIA Finance to qualify for their rebate If there are not any dealer added items on the vehicle then we can eliminate the addendum price If she would like to contact me I am happy to see what I can work out for her Thank you, General Manager

We were not made aware of the issue until just recently Since the payment was already due the finance company told us it was too late to change it We have since gone back to the company and they have agreed to change the payment date but the customer will need to resign a new contract We have reached out to the customer to have a new contract signed We hope that this will satisfy the customer

Is the vehicle still for sale (on lot?)
I did not want to take a hit on my credit score because I already had my financing in placeAs you know, when you looked at the car with me, there was no addendum on the carSo im not understanding your first sentenceWith my e-mails, I requested to know of any hidden costs, and financing through Kia was not in the price of the car

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
They had a vehicle listed online for 21,and said it did not pertain to meThe vehicle listed price was 29,They still charged 35,I had a trade inAnd they told me to come in with a Co signerWhen I arrived and Co signer arrived they told me they were not going to take my trade inThe total price was 50,They advertiseThey lied about what my payments were going to beI was told to pick up a checkWhen I got there they said it was going to be placed back on my cardI didn't receive it until days later .
Regards,

I am the General Manager. I was not who you spoke to when you were here. If you will call me I will work it out with you. Please call the store and ask for Kevin, the GM

This email is in response to complaint ***. ** *** was approved for the $35,based on the income that she put on her signed
credit application. Upon verification of her income it was determined that she could not prove the amount that she put on the application. In fact it was quite a bit lower. Therefore her approval was lowered to a lesser amount financed. *** was informed that she would have to bring the vehicle back and she refused. We picked the vehicle up. When she returned the extra set of keys to us we gave her a full refund of her $down payment. We did not run her credit times but her application was submitted to several lenders to gain approval I am not sure what settlement she is after. We gave her a full refund and if she still wants to purchase she just needs to pick out a much cheaper vehicle. Other than that the issue is handled Can we please set Gay Family Kia with an online profile through you guys so we can get email notifications on any complaints like we do for Gay Buick GMC? Thanks, *** *** General Manager Gay Buick GMC & Gay Family KIA phone *** fax *** ***

Kevin,
The only reason I wanted to correspond via Revdex.com is because, “We do need your response in writing only (via the link or by email, fax, mail) as verbal updates are not accepted.”
My issue with finance is we had agreed on the price with my money, not Kia FinancingI did not want to ruin my credit using Kia finance, for which I was quoted a very high interest when I asked what the rate was
I will call you Friday when I get in
thank you

Kevin,
I do not feel comfortable speaking to you over the phoneI want documentation of our discussions
You might want
to check out the live chat feed from your website, when I asked about pricing where I asked for conformation of priceI believe the live chat date was
7/27/2015, talked to "Paul" around 8:00pm.(then got connected to Armando)
My issue is that I was assured that the price on the internet ad was correct for that vin number, plus TT&L, and a document feeWhen I got to the dealership, the manager said, surely you don't think you would get the car for that priceWhy wouldn't I think I could get the car for that price? It was the price that was set for the car in the adI prefer to do all of our correspondence through the Revdex.com
websiteThank you

I think the internet sales are most likely a bait and switch, because they would not honor the price. We looked at the car on Monday and there was no addendum on the car. The only dealer charge listed was car mats for $130.00. The sales man came back with a price of $30,000 for this car listed at $18,798. The internet ad that I had in my hand showed the vin number and the features of the car. I went home and back to the internet and discussed the car through the internet chat feature Gay Family Kia has. I figured that in this way, I would be able to get a firm, honored price on the car. Armando e-mailed me that the internet price was good. I asked for any hidden charges, he said there were none and that the price in the ad was good. He mentioned I would pay 6.5% tax + title & license + dealer fee of approximately $400.00.
We went in Tuesday and Armando did not seem to know who I was or that I had an appointment with him. It was then that we were told by the manager that we could not get the car for our previously agreed price.
Included are the e-mails.
