I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I was given my full deposit of $1,800.00 at the point of returning the car. I was greeted by the lead accountant, general sales manager, and several other employees. As a first time buyer I was unaware of several steps included in purchasing a car, and I see that now. After speaking with the accountant, the entire matter was resolved, and established as misunderstanding. I very much appreciated their patience and hope to do business with them in the future.
