To whom it may concern,The complaint by customer *** V *** is accurate in nature as far as the time line and details given by her in regards to dates and phone callsWhat is an unfortunate factor is that due to the credit score and negative equity that Miss *** had when she came to our
dealership for an vehicle upgrade, it forced us to work with a bank that does not fund and process the loan as easy and as fast as banks who auto approve applications to customers with excellent credit and without negative equity. We have spoken to Miss *** on 5/30/when she called us about the concern of her payoff to her trade in, and told us that she received a call from her payoff bank (*** ***), we let her know that we would cover any difference in payoff because we would need to in order to receive a clear titleAlso, if Miss *** needs the dealership to type a letter to either Chrysler Capital or *** *** to assist her in making sure that the bank(s) do not put any bad marks against her trade we will be happy to work with her and the banks as well.Thanks,Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

We ordered all the parts including a new seat motor. Gurnee Chrysler decided to have a auto trim shop install the leather. Jose *** is aware of our decisionThank you
