I had a new gas furnace and air conditioning equipment installed Oct22, The Company was very responsive to my request for an estimate and has followed through with outstanding service from the "back office" to the installers who completed the work in one day The installers really had a hard days work including removing the old equipment and installing the new on a three story house They were very careful to keep things tidy, and are the most customer service oriented guys I have had work in my house as far back as I can remember I can highly recommend them

I was very pleased with *** *** from Guthrie & Sons Heating and Air who came to my home this morning He arrived within the window of time I was given, and called me ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way Once at my home, Wayne diagnosed the problem with my heater, ordered the part, and gave me an estimate for the repair in a timely manner He was very courteous and extremely professional I look forward to seeing Wayne (or another technician) again soon once my replacement part arrives

Guthrie & Sons services the HVAC of a neighbor and she speaks very highly of them So I contacted them to schedule an apptto check out my AC They were very professional on the phone, gave me a reminder call, and the service man, ***, called me right before he got to my house *** was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and considerate His investigation of my AC was very thorough and he also checked my heater and gave me a new filter I will seriously use Guthrie and Sons again and I highly recommend them

*** came in, did a great job cleaning up and servicing my furnace Nice guy, respectful of my stuff, explained to me what he was doing and what he recommended and provided me with all the paperwork and instructions I'd need until I had Guthrie and Sons back next time Couldn't be happier and he identified some things on our furnace that had not been correctly set up and fixed those which will mean better energy efficiency for me down the road No complaints at all, will definitely call for any other services needed

Very good experience from setting appointment to Ben's inspection Our problem is with an uncomfortably warm upstairs and cool downstairs when the furnace runs The previous HVAC inspector shared with us that hot air rises as the reason for our problem (We did know that.) Ben actually got in and crawled around our attic spaces to determine that we had a mostly dis-connected heat duct that leads to the first floor Thank you Ben!
