Best experience possible! Every one of the Guthrei employees was helpful, courtious, and knowledgable. The work was done as scheduled, efficiently. The cleanup was spotless. I am totally pleased with my new furnace and air conditioner and know that when I need servicing Guthrie will be there to do it. Thank you, Team!

To whom this may concern,
Once we received the  Revdex.com complaint we immediately and directly reviewed
the invoice...

referring to this customers concerns.  When looking over the
invoice there seems to be some discrepancy  in what the customer is
complaining about and what in fact she agreed to and signed off on.  
We originally went out there on a $95 service call for her thermostat not
working.  Upon arrival the owner of the company [redacted] did in fact find
that the thermostat was not functioning correctly due to being miss-wired. 
[redacted] presented the issue to the customer along with the cost to fix the problem
as indicated on invoice #[redacted] (see attached).  She agreed to [redacted] and Sons fixing the
problem for $45 along with checking out the full operation of the system at the
same time.  This brought her total to $135 for the diagnostic, rewiring of
the thermostat and operational check of her equipment.  All was completed
at the cost that was agreed upon and when we left the customer everything was
working properly and to their satisfaction.  Again she signed off to all
agreeing that we did in fact perform these measures as indicated on invoice
#[redacted].
Since the initial fix of the unit over one year ago the customer has now complained
that her unit has stopped working again. 
She claims that we never made any fixes to the problem to begin with and
demands it be fixed free of charge as per the Revdex.com complaint.
Due to this, we immediately contacted this customer and
agreed to go back to her house at no charge to ensure we have not in fact
missed something on the original visit and try to rectify the situation.  
Once back at her house what we found is that the A/C not
working had nothing to do with us at all.  
She had in fact changed out  her range oven out about a month ago and the
company that provided that service had turned her breaker off to the A/C unit
at the main panel and never turned it backed on.  This obviously had nothing to do with our
initial service.  With one simple flip of
a breaker switch her A/C was up and working again just how we had left it
during the first visit. We did not
charge her for this trip (because we do offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee) and
let her know that her unit was working just the same way it was when we left her house the first time.  She agreed with  the findings and signed off on invoice #[redacted] (see attached). 
We hope that the customer is aware of her mistake and
removes the erroneous complaint filed against us, and instead, files the blame on the contractor that
was responsible for changing out her range.

Fast response, friendly and competent technician. Guthrie & Sons fixed what the original installer of our relatively new AC system failed to fix. Moving forward, we are using Guthrie & Sons for the maintenance of our AC system.

I got excellent service from Guthrie & Sons. Our A/C unit was not cooling the house. Their service person came out, diagnosed a coolant leak problem, was able to successfully fix the problem on the spot, tested the system to make sure, and refilled the A/C with new coolant.
The service was efficient and very professionally carried out. The cost was reasonable. The service person was competent, friendly, and polite. And we now have a functioning A/C unit.
Once again, excellent service and nothing but compliments on how it was done.

Had my elderly father with dementia, his wall heater replaced...honest, efficient, compassionate, professional company! Great encounter with everyone from the office to their crew and owners! I would highly recommend this company and will!
