when we sign the contract we had all the materials that we needed to complete the day that was it is installed she change the contract after as being there noticed that she did not like the design of the downspout and wanted it change are you reassured her that we were three to four weeks out due to...
all the rain we have had and still trying to get on that side of town to take care of her dance by we will be putting her on the schedule as soon as we all know northwest side of San Antonio we have been back and forth we're all hail storms in New Braunfels in Marble Falls in Austin and we are a limited credit but we will be taking care of this repair

I called 2 days in advance of my appointment and spoke to his wife asking her to tell her husband to do the downspout on the side and not in front of the house. she never gave him my message, because she was too busy and forgot.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

due to all the heavy rains we have had the last 2 months we have just been overwhelmed with one truck and one crew we are in the process of hiring others to take over the expansion that we have resulted in we will be contacting this customer Monday morning for his barrels and take care of the league...
we are just overwhelmed right now and trying to get to everyone on a skeleton crew please be patient
