I would like to thank GVO for giving me the knowledge I need to start my on line business using there productsThere customer service is there when I need them which was only once and issue resolved that same dayI also made a mistake in billing and again was credit back to my account in days with no other issueGVO has products in Auto-respond, hosting, backup to name a few which can help you with your business along with step by step video on how to use each product

Unfortunately, the $product is not eligible for a refund We did refund the other refund eligible products that were purchased

Hello, The former customer, has by her own admission, advised us that they have reviewed the services including the downloadable portion with the following statement: "I bought the company products on May however after browsing for a few days, realized that it was not what I had expected." Note that we have already refunded the following amounts to the customer: $ $ $ The $product the customer refers to is a downloadable product for which they have already been provided the link and they have already reviewed as by their own admission No software vendor will provide a refund for downloadable software where the link for the download has been providedI have personally previously advised the customer that the $product was not refundable; however, we did refund the other online available services that did qualify for a refund Unfortunately, there will be no further refunds

In regards to the attached complaint we have been in business collectively for almost yearsWe are not in the business of denying any customer any type of serviceHaving said this, I have searched our database and any account in relation to the email address *** or the
name *** *** is only found going back to the year I cannot find any support tickets/emails to back up their claimsI see this complaint was opened October but then I also see another date of March 8, From what I see their sites are off of our services and no interruption was administered
