I would like to thank GVO for giving me the knowledge I need to start my on line business
using there products. There customer service is there when I need them which was only once and issue resolved that same day. I also made a mistake in billing and again was credit back to my account in 3 days with no other issue. GVO has products in
Auto-respond, hosting, backup to name a few which can help you with your business along with step by step video on how to use each product.

I was waiting to see if I was going to get a refund. Nothing has appeared in my bank account, so it looks like they can't give the money back. Or though they are very quick and willing to take it; I wasn't holding my breath.
The last message wasn't a positive one, as to whether I was getting a refund or not. I actually feel that I need some compensation, now.

I am rejecting this response because it was not stated that this product was non-refundable and I refer again to their refund policy (###-###-####) which is contradictory to their continued stance:
If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm
promise and commitment.
In addition, the amount of $199.70 was also not refunded.

The payment you were talking about earlier was a transaction from 2012
that had been refunded.
We see that you keep signing up for accounts... as a result of that action
you will be billed for those services. We see 5 accounts associated with
your name.
As of now I can see all the accounts you opened have been canceled.
There are no further refunds to be processed. If you do not continue
to signup for services there will be no further billing.

I've followed up and checked your websites. All of them appear to be
functioning well except for [redacted] and
[redacted] The site, [redacted],
is parked which is no problem.
The site, [redacted], appears to have a [redacted] plug-in
issue. Our administrator found the plug-in, [redacted], to be
causing a problem. He has renamed the plug-in folder to
[redacted]_back and now the site is loading fine.
To correct the issue, you will likely have to update the plug-in and/or
[redacted]. I would suggest that you backup the site through cPanel
before doing so.

We have not received a response to that. If the issue remains ongoing my recommendation
is they respond to the ticket and continue to work with our support.

Still no information so we can complete the investigation.
Without the details requested we are hunting for the proverbial
needle in a haystack.
This would be a good time to provide the requested details.

Unfortunately, the $495 product is not eligible for a refund.
We did refund the other refund eligible products that were
purchased.

The former customer, has by her own admission, advised us that they have reviewed the services
including the downloadable portion with the following statement:
"I bought the company products on May 26 however after browsing for a few days, realized that it...


was not what I had expected."
Note that we have already refunded the following amounts to the customer:
$24.95
$199.97
$97.00
The $497 product the customer refers to is a downloadable product for which they have already
been provided the link and they have already reviewed as by their own admission.
No software vendor will provide a refund for downloadable software where the link for the download
has been provided. I have personally previously advised the customer that the $497 product was not
refundable; however, we did refund the other online available services that did qualify for a refund.
Unfortunately, there will be no further refunds.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. While I looked at the site and primarily the blog, I did not access nor download the Masters online product. I requested that the company check their logs in this regard. I have copied the content of the email to the Billing Manger in response to his email on June 6 stating that the disputed amount of $495 would not be refunded:
Hello xxxx,
If you check your system logs you will find that I did not download any files from the site.
Since I have no access to the site, in this email you are telling me that I have paid for a product that I do not have nor have access to and I will not be obtaining a refund.
In addition, your returns policy page (http://www.pureleverage.com/legal/returns_policy.php) does not state that there is no refund for the product.
I must say that I do not think that this is ethical and as such I believe that you should review this decision.

2. I have no access to the disputed product since the account was closed as per email from the company on June 5:

Thank you for contacting GVO Support Team.
Please be kindly advised that your GVO account "xxxx" has now been cancelled per your request, and all the requested payments were successfully refunded.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be deposited into your bank account.
We highly appreciate the time you took to try out our products, and we are sorry to see you leaving.
We hope you will consider our services for your future needs.

3. In the email pasted above which was sent on June 5, it was stated that all requested payments were successfully refunded. I asked for a refund of the following amounts:
$24.95
$199.97
$97.00
$495
From the initial email on June 5, it was clear to me that my money would be refunded, hence it was a surprise to receive an email from the Billing Manger that I would not be refunded all the money as previously indicated.
4. The refund policy (http://www.gogvo.com/legal/refund_policy.php) clearly states:
If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.
The disputed amount is for a digital product. According to the above statement, on asking for a refund, the company has made a promise and commitment that I will get my money back.
Sadly this seems not to be the case here.

Hello,
The $50 was a rebate offered by a party other than GVO.
A rebate is a reduction in the original fee paid as an incentive; however,
in this case the original fee paid was refunded in full.
Further, the customer would need to take up the $50 rebate issue with
the offering party which was not GVO.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and I am happy that they have at last cancelled my account with themselves. However, they took so long to do this that I had my credit card company put a stop against this company from taking any more money from me because I had heard nothing back from them. With this in mind I am not sure that I will receive the refund anyway.  And I would like to add the comment that this company is very difficult to contact for overseas customers. I made an international call first of all and made my intentions to cancel very clear to the administrator I talked to. She asked me for my name, email address and reason for cancelling. She said this would be done. I backed this up with an email confirming my wishes and then I raised a ticked also. It has taken them nearly a month to reply, so their customer service is very inadequate and I am glad to be finished with this company.
