Review: I received a gift subscription to this website; when I logged in to redeem/look around the site, I was not allowed to enter the site until I gave them a credit card number! FOR WHAT!?!? I don't want to buy their crapola clothes, nor would I ever extend this sham of a 'membership,' but they insist on me providing payment information. I contacted them via email to see if there was an exception, but they will not budge. I will have to forgo the gift since I refuse to allow them to bill me 'accidentally' (which apparently is their pattern).Desired Settlement: I either want to be able to use my gift without penalty on the website, or REFUND THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THE GIFT. I have all the information they need to identify the purchaser.

We would first like to apologize for the delay on our response to this matter, but the basis of this complaint is unclear from our end. It is not clear that the Complainant was the intended recipient of this gift, as the email address Giftor used for the gift card is not the email address associated with Complainant's account. The gift card was addressed in Complainant's name, but the email address used for delivery is not associated with Complainant's name; instead, the email address is associated with another user's account, who appears to be the intended Giftee.

Review: I canceled my Gwynnie Bee account last week online. I received items in the mail yesterday. I contacted them online and explained I had canceled the contract and questioned why I was still getting product delivered. They responded immediately with, "Thank you for reaching out! Taking a look at your account, I see that it is still active, it may be possible that you did not complete the entire cancellation process. There is a cancellation confirmation page and then a page that asks if you would like to purchase or return items. The very last step is a brief survey, once submitted this account will be closed." I can't believe the scam they are working. I made it through the cancelation confirmation page (which means I confirmed I was canceling the account), and I told them I would be retunring the items, which I have. They have not calnceled my account and have charged me for another month of service. The reason I am canceling the service is because one of the four weeks they were supposed to send me product, they failed to do so. I am very unhappy with this company. I have immediately canceled my account with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $85.30. This was an unauthorized charge. I am tempted to tell this to the bank but am afraid of Gwynnie Bee sending some kind of collection company after me.
