I replied to let them know that this is not the understanding I had from my prior interactions with Gyft "support" and not what they promised they would do, asking for at least a better contact there to have the Chicago police contact, but they refuse to honor their earlier promise or provide a legitimate contact for the police to use at GyftI would never have accepted this as a resolution and I believe they've intentionally deceived me concerning what they're really prepared/willing to do in this situation What are my options at this point? I attached documentation proving that her statement was incorrect. GYFT attempts to state that I didn't contact them but I have proof (and have submitted to Revdex.com) repeated attempts over the course of a MONTH that I tried to contact them with no response. This doesn't include repeated phone calls.
They don't care about their customers at all.

I need proof of deletion and all transactions for the burger king gift cards as both the APP & the WEBSITE say there are partial balances on each card (0.50, 0.05, 0.10). Additionally, I have a barnes and noble gift card and a chevy's gift card that have balances that I want cashed out.
Per your terms of service, you also are not supposed to take TWO MONTHS to return a customer's inquiry. Had this matter been resolved in a timely matter, I would have a different perspective. Given all the information I have included in addition to the rudeness and lack of response (which ultimately forced me to use Revdex.com to have to get a response), my position has not changed. I am once again, requesting a full cashout for the remaining gift card balances in addition to transactional history for each burger king gift card.

Doesn't tell me why it's declined. Odd that this account doesn't work for a $2000 gift card yet when I created another new account afterwards, bought a $15 card and went through just fine. There's something wrong here. Won't be recommending Gyft to anyone due to this. Absolutely ridiculous.
