As stated by the Business. Regarding Complaint #10739796 The Customer purchased from us on 4/7/2015 she received her elliptical 5/7/2015. At the time of purchase we always quote a time frame of 28 business days on refurbished equipment. The Customer signed for the equipment from the freight... company. Once she opened she noticed that there were shipping damages. She called and I mentioned to her to please file a claim with Roadrunner since she already signed for the item. In the meantime I asked her to please send me photos of the damage so that while we are waiting for the claim to go through we will help her fix the elliptical. Parts were sent to her and she has received and that a Technician would be out to install the parts. The Customer stated that she does not want the elliptical anymore. If she does want to keep the elliptical and wishes to return she will have to pay shipping costs and the cost to palletize this. We will waive our restocking fee. Sincerely, [redacted] **

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I filled out the complaint below, which now shows a status of “closed”, but the resolution from the business that I accepted was that they would fix my elliptical machine (which XCeleration Fitness said they would do on 7/11) It is now 7/and nothing has been done I may have inadvertently “accepted” their resolution to fix the machine, but I didn’t intend to “close” the complaint I would think the complaint wouldn’t “close” until they actually performed the repair I would like to re-open the complaint as absolutely no action has been taken by the business----they’ve only said they would fix the machine, but have done absolutely nothing (which is why I filed the complaint in the first place.) him $in which he paid for the expedited shipping as well as a $dollar check in which we paid for his 1st months paymentI am following all our store policies in accomodating his warrantyAny issue other issues he has he has to talk to the finance company as they own the Machine. B#-###-####

Hello,I received a email from Brett on April 21, Requesting lubricant for his treadmillHe also mentioned to me that the cool down button was not workingI contacted A Technician immediately to go out and lubricate his treadmill as well as check out the cool down buttonI told the
technician it was urgent to get out there was Brett was unsure if he should use without enough lubricantOn 5/20/I received the report from the technician and submitted the request for a new cool down button as well as a wax packetI told Brett that parts were ordered and once he receives to call me so that the technician can go back out and installWe absolutely have been attentive to Brett's request and have already contacted the Technician who is on standby once Brett receives his parts. Thank youB*** ***

The parts have finally come in however we have decided to have another technician come out and check out your machineI have been in touch with The Revdex.com on this matter so that we can get this resolvedI have already sent the purchase order to the company that picked up the other ellipticalHe will be in contact with you later todayThank you***

I am rejecting this response because: they did not address my complaint. They ignored the fact that I indicated they sent me a defective
machine which they have been unable to fixI requested a full refund for the machine (dollars) and they completely ignored this request. If you review my complaint, I provided a detailed explanation for my request of a full refund. I cited all the issues I had with this machine since I received it. I also indicated how they failed to address my complaintsSince I received a non-operating machine, the contract is void and I am subject to a full refund. I also reviewed other complaints posted on the Revdex.com for gympros. It appears a number of individuals also received defective equipment on arrival from gympros. There is a clear pattern and that is approaching a class action lawsuit status.

I am rejecting this response because: It has been three months since they have been aware of the problem and weeks (since 4/30/15) since the service company has issued them a list of problems and part needs to fix the treadmill and no parts have been sent. Zero action on their part, and many many calls from myself as well as the service company. This is terrible customer service and clearly seen is their level of timeliness and inability to correct their product is telling of their company as a whole

I am rejecting this response because:I purchased a cybex 530t treadmill with a year fully covered warranty. Originally the belt was broken then the repair company gympros send out said the motor was also broken. I had the repair company out to my house times trying to fix my treadmill and gympros even send me a broken replacment motor saying that is was tested and was working but was broken in pieces. I am getting no responses back from brie garrett at gum pros except for that she is testing a motor right now but that is months ago with no response. I even have atlanta treadmill repair calling them to help me fix my treadmill and they are telling them different things from meI want a new teeadmill sent to my house instead of a replacement motorI have been without a working treadmill since oct 30th, 2017. My health has gotten very bad bc I needed to use this treadmi due to my heart conditionThis is not being used for body change it had to be used for my heart and healthi want a new treadmill sent to me asap from gym pros.

I am rejecting this response because: In Xceleration Fitness' response to the Revdex.com they stated that the warranty had
expired. I started contacting them on 2/(one month after I had received the machine). The warranty is for months. The warranty is expired NOW because the business did not follow up on the calls (over a month period) I made to them trying to get the machine fixed. In every call I stated that the cup holder was broken upon delivery & the resistance on the elliptical machine was not working. The warranty WAS NOT expired when I made the first phone calls to get it fixed. As of 7/11/the only response I've gotten from Xceleration Fitness is an e-mail sent to me on 7/7/stating that they'd not heard back from the repair man that they use in my geographical region

I am rejecting this response because: We did purchase years ago, but we also purchased and extended warranty, so they aren't doing us any favors. When she called earlier in the week she said that we would get a call the next day and we never did. She was more concerned with us removing our complaint with the Revdex.com. So we have not updated us with a time frame nor have they been in contact with us since the initial call. Thank you for helping us

I am rejecting this response because:"I purchased a certificated re-manufactured machine, not a refurbished.The fact that you acknowledge you sent me a machine that was non-functioning on arrival is concerning and renders the contract void.
