I can't say enough about Michael Sarantou and Bev Bundy of H2H Realty. We worked mostly with Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, about construction/remodeling/repair costs, inspections, etc. He walked us through the process, was extremely responsive, and negotiated a great deal for us, both in selling our old home and purchasing our new one. And he's a really fun guy. When Michael was unable to participate, Bev was right there, always fully up to speed on our process. They're a great team, and we highly recommend them.
