My son & I got severely sick throwing up after drinking this water, nantze springs bottled water.
This is a first time I ordered through this company, Pensacola H2O. I ordered Nantze Springs bottled water, account # XXXXXX. On 10/13/2018, as soon as my son & I drank the bottled water, almost immediately we started throwing up. We both at the same time violently vomiting for hours. The representatives name I spoke with was Karen, however she didnt seem to want to address the issue. I am absolutely sure that it is the water that was delivered to our door that made my son & I throw up for hours, immediately after drinking the water. I request that this issue be addressed & looked into & also wish to have the water tested. The unopened cases were picked up the next morning, however I still have some of the bottles here (to be tested). Its bad enough that both my son & I got so sick from this water as I hope that it doesnt happen to anyone else. You may contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Thank you.

The water in which *** is referring to is water she ordered for the Hurricane Michael. When the storm didn't come to our area, she decided she didn't want the water anymore. We sell pallets of this water monthly, no one has EVER gotten sick from it. We drank bottles from the cases she returned, because we could not resell the product, and no here has gotten sick. And it was Stacy she spoke with, not me. We refunded her for the cases that were unopened. But, since she opened 2 cases and drank from both, I find it hard to believe she would drink that much water if you are violently throwing up. She is more than welcome to have the water tested.

I am writing in response to the letter written from Karen. I am amazed at so many of the lies she told. First of all, I did not order the water due to Hurricane Michael. I never even mentioned Hurricane Michael. I ordered the water because I recently had neck surgery & was planning on being a regular customer. (Im sure theres a recording of all our phone conversations you may look into that). Again, both my son & I got severely sick from the water & we threw up for hours. I have no reason to lie. I dont believe for a minute that the water that was returned was drank out of, NOT FOR A MINUTE. And she said I spoke with Stacy, not her, another lie. I spoke with Karen from the beginning when I first called, & I again spoke with Karen after my son & I got severely sick from the water, & she did not want to address the issue. The reason that two cases were opened is because my son had opened one case, & then another, not thinking wed have to return them, & the opened cases were set outside ALSO with the unopened cases, as Karen said they would pick them up as well (another lie), however they left the unopened cases here, & I still have them all here for proof if anyone would like to come look, as we will not even chance drinking anymore of it, after our horrific experience. I request that the rest of the water be picked up (as I was told by Karen it would be). Not only is this company unprofessional in addressing or resolving the issue, but she also tells so many LIES. Im not concerned about the money as it is not a large amount, as I have no reason to lie about my son & I becoming very sick from this water, & I am concerned about this happening to anyone else. I request that the water be tested & that the company pay for this testing. (I would request that the water be tested that is here yet if possible I do not trust her). And that the company pay for this testing. Also, I request that they pick up the rest of the water (that Karen said they would the first time, & never did). I hope that no one else gets sick from this company's water & that this issue be addressed.

This company misdiagnosed a ice machine issue and will not pay for the item we ordered based on their recommendations.
This company was contracted to service our ice machines last year, 2017. We had no issues until this year. We had a ice machine go down at Subway #XXXXX and called them for service. When they came out they stated we needed a new ice machine compressor. Subway has a 3rd party vendor (Parts Town) where we get parts for a discounted rate so we ordered it though them. We ordered the part for $529.78. Once the part came in we called them to go install it. They never showed up after 2 calls and then we had to have our AC & refrigerator company, *** to go and install the part. When *** got there and diagnosed the issue, Below is what they found.

ICE MACHINE PARTS CHANGE OUT

CUSTOMER ADVISED ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY
SAID COMPRESSOR WAS DEFECTIVE.
OPERATED ICE MACHINE.
FOUND WHEN UNIT WAS IN HARVEST AND DROPPED ICE
THAT THE MACHINE WOULD CYCLE OFF AND RESTART
AFTER THE 3 MINUTE DELAY. DESIGNED TO RUN UNTIL
BIN IS FULL.
ADVISED CONTROL BOARD MIGHT HAVE A ISSUE
REPLACED CONTROL BOARD AND BIN SWITCH
REPLACED START CAPACITOR ON COMPRESSOR
TESTED UNIT FOR 3 DROPS
CONDENSER COIL VERY DIRTY OUTSIDE LOOKS CLEAN
CLEANED COIL
LOST OF HEAT IN AREA OVER 110 DEGREES F
SLOW PRODUCTION
NEED TO VENT AREA
NEED TO RETURN TO INSTALL CIRCUIT BOARD MOUNTING LEGS

We are out the $822.00 for *** to fix the misdiagnosis and the $529.78 for the Ice Machine compressor we did not need to order. Totaling $1,351.78.

When I spoke with Chris *** at H2O Technologies he was very unprofessional and hung up on me not taking any blame for the original misdiagnosis.

We want to be reimbursed for the money we spent on what they asked us to order and the cost of sending out a different company to fix what they misdiagnosed.
