After multiple phone calls and inquiries to HSports warehouse we were told the tower we were interested in (Apex Aerial) would fit our boatWe purchased in January at a discounted price and shortly after our purchase this item was discontinued Customer service PRIOR to our purchase was excellent We provided the year make and model of our boat as we were concerned of it fitting We were assured the tower was universal and would fit our boat At NO time did customer service indicate we had days to return for full refund! We told Hwe lived in Montana and our boat was in storageAt NO time was ANY return policy discussed as we were assured the tower would fit our boatWe purchased the tower and weeks later tried to install on our boat which did NOT fit as the Apex tower is a TOP MOUNT and NOT universal as advertised (our boat has a rounded hull and nowhere for a flat top mount)..We contacted Hafter days and we're told it would be a 25% restocking fee!!! HREFUSED to try and work anything out with us or make any adjustmentsNow we have a BRAND new tower that does NOT fit our boat!! We are VERY disatisfied with the level or lack of customer serviceBoth my husband and myself attempted to contact Hfor a resoluation and we were both completely refused any discussion from Hother than they continued to assure us the tower was universal We took the tower to our local Reinell dealer and they assured us the tower did NOT fit the boat We are looking to return this tower for a FULL refund as the advertising and promises made by Hwere false!!!

Wow, Who would have thought a company would go above and beyond what is required for customer satisfaction?
Yet that is precisely what happened with my purchase of Tower/ Bimini/ Speakers/ Mirror/ Tow-Point light/ Wake/Board Rack PackageAerial Airborne Wakeboard Tower Package
My issues with install were my failure and I was helped through it successfully for a perfect install But then came the Bimini
My previous negative review I FULLY RETRACT as this was about a Bimini frame that was manufactured too large for fabricH2O Sports sent me a new Fabric months after my initial complaint, Unfortunately season was over for us here in NJ
Seven months later when boating season was upon us again I realized I couldn't install new fabric on frameWe didn't know it was the frame that was the problemFound this out this season after trying to install fabric, almost a year later
After emailing H2O the required pics and completing online frame warranty & return info, H2O Sports sent me a new frame which solved the problemAlso one Wake/Rack was machined poorly and couldn't be installed
They are sending me a new one under warranty
What a great company to do business with, mind you I am exactly a year out from my original purchase date 07/17/and didn't expect them to stand behind the product

Review: I ordered and paid for a wake board package from this company in June 2015. I have yet to receive the wake racks. I was informed I would receive them late Aug, called again and told mid Sept. At the end of Oct I was told by customer service they were shipping out to me in 2 weeks. It is now 12/22/15 and no wake racks that have already been paid for. I emailed them today.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product I paid for now or provide me a refund immediately

Review: I was contacted by this company after contacting them in regards to a on line advertisement. After several email offers and their assurance the product in question I purchased a unit. My problem was I could not try to fit the unit for a couple of months as my boat was about 300 miles away and I had back surgery. When contacting the company to discuss the issue of the unit not working I was told they had a 30 day policy for all returns but according to there web site that is not the case, it only states there may possibly be a 25% restocking fee. I explained my time frame situation in the initial order process .

I ordered Parts for my Boat back in August 2015 and they stated all parts were in stock and ready to ship..

After a few weeks of No Shipping I called and they told me that they "Anticipate" the parts to ship that week.. Well another few weeks go by and they Say the Same thing " We Anticipate" the parts to ship.. a few weeks later same BS story again and again and again .. Its now been 4 months and still NOTHING has shipped.. I just spoke to a rep on the phone after being on hold for 45 min.. and they tell me the SAME dam thing again ..

Buyers BEWARE.. Don't TRUST this company .. They don't care about you or your orders.. they just want your money ..

Review: I place an order for a wake tower and all the accesories from this company on March 10, 2015 and am still waiting to receive part of my order from them. I was billed in full in March and the site has stated that my items have shipped in mid April. I had called several times and they informed me that meant that the items shipped to them and would be coming in the next few weeks to me. Its been almost 5 months now and they keep giving me different delivery dates each time I call to check on my order. They never respond to an email and when calling they dont give any tracking info or actual dates to expect items. I assumed that when I ordered in March I would have my items by the End of April at latest so I could use them on my boat this summer and that is not the case. I just want to make sure that I receive my items that they already charged me for because I cant get any accurate information when calling them.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my items that have not been delivered yet and think that it would be fair and reasonable to be reimburssed for these items since its almost the end of summer and will be putting the boat in storage in about a month or two and wont even get to use them. We are looking at trading in this boat so its pretty disappointing not to have been able to enjoy the product that we planned to have for this summer.

We did just receive the last item we ordered in March 2015 at the end of December 2015. They did compensate us with a free ballast and pump. It is very ppor customer service on their end because the order states its shipped months before the product is even in their warehouse. I had to call numerous times to continue checking on our items.

This Company is poorly run. They do not deliver the product as advertised. Ordered in February and Took two weeks to have a partial delivery. Parts were missing. Every two weeks called and email with different excuses the rest of my order will be here in Two weeks. [redacted] is a flat out liar. Well it never came. Trying to get my money back. Do NOT trust them.

Review: I purchased a light bar for a wakeboard boat from this company along with a wake surf rack in October 2013. The light bar was over $300 and arrived with a broken bulb and housing. The bulb is only available through the company. I had the light installed and used the bar for no more than 2-3 minutes. 2 of the bulbs burned out after that brief use. I contacted H2O and told them that this product was not practical and that it continues to fail. They said they would send me new bulbs. I asked for a refund and was rebuked as they hav a 30 day warranty and no one else complains about these lights of which they have allegedly "sold literally 1000's". I was told to return the light bar at my cost and they would look into it, but that it was likely the installation. It was installed professionally. The wake surf rack was advertised as polished aluminum and the straps intended to hold the boards in place fell apart within days of installation. I informed H2O that these products were not in keeping with their advertising and that the products were not worth what they were charging for them. This again was ignored. I was wished "good luck".Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and I will return the light bar at the retailers cost. I am not asking for a refund of the wake surf rack.

We received calls from Mr. [redacted] and explained our return policy very clear. We have a no questions 30 day return policy and after the 30 days if the customer has an issue with one of the products we sell it goes to the manufacturers warranty which is five years. We told him that we would be more than happy to replace the light bar with a new one once we had received the unit back in which he was having problems with. This was unacceptable to him and not willingly to send the unit back. If the customer does not send the product back there is no way for us to replace it under warranty.

Review: I called H2O Sports to purchase a package deal they were offering on their we site. The package included a wakeboard tower, Speakers and wakeboard racks for my boat. I was told at the end of my conversation the order would be received in five weeks time. It was also stated, at that time, I would receive an email confirming the shipment.

I neve received an email, but received a parshal delivery, the wakeboard tower, after waiting 2 months.

I called and spoke with a service representative, [redacted], and was informed the items where on a ship expected to be at port of entry in two weeks time.

After 2 weeks I called back and spoke with another service technician. I told HimI was fed up with waiting and had purchased speakers elsewhere and I wanted to cancel my remaining order. The technician told me a refund would be processed and I would see it in three days time.

I did not see the refund and next thing my speaker I had ordered from them shows up at my house. So I called and spoke with another service technician, [redacted] on 7/21/15.I explained I had received the speakers after I canceled my order. He said he would email me a return slip for them to pay the shipping, a refund couldn't be issued till they received their product back.

Three months from original order date. Still no email. I have to call again and make sure the don't send the third item in my package deal I purchased. I get [redacted] on the phone again. I explained the whole situation again. Ask for him to email a return shipping slip. Repeat to him to make sure no more items are sent to me. [redacted] claims it was sent. I'm still waiting to get my email and my $473.00 back from this terrible company! I every tech I spoke to I asked to speak with the owner of the company, [redacted]. He's never there and never called me back after I requested him to several times!

This is not a warehouse, customers are waiting on products shipping from over seas. I've been waiting for four months for my product!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back that I am owed. $473. I would like to be compensated in some way for the extreme inconvenience that I have been put through in dealing with this company. They need to brush up on their customer service! I would like a letter of apology from the owner of the company [redacted], Who never called me back or took my calls when I was actively on the phone with their service technicians. There needs to be some kind of a way to let the purchasing public know how poor this company is run so that others do not have to go through what I have gone through. All of their ratings seem to be false. I cannot find any place where I can write my customer service or the products from this company.

I purchased the following package March 28, 2015:

1 of : Backing Plate Kit

2 of : Oval Wake Rack with Quick Release

2 of : Single Bullet Speaker

1 of : Tow-Point Light (included with tower purchase only)

I received the rack about 3 months later, the speakers were the next to come which was 4 1/2 months after the original order date and the racks were the last to show up the middle of August. H20Sports Warehouse was happy to take money w/out any updates for when I should receive the items. I probably have made a combination of 30 attempts to obtain shipment data via email, phone and chat. Each time, they gave me mis-information, lied or flat out didn't respond. Customer service and customer communication is unacceptable and regardless of H20Sports Warehouses fancy web site, they are NOT honest or communicative with updated or accurate customer expectations. If I did business this way, I'd be OUT OF BUSINESS.

Buyer beware - do your homework regarding turnaround time and customer service.

Very disappointed with H20 Sports Warehouse. Their web page weekly has many great deals, so you order and spend lots of money. Page says you'll get tracking info. I waited 4 days and nothing....called today 3/3/15 was told partial delivery today and the remainder sometime in April. When I spoke with Eddie he said they are instructed to sell the 'package deals' even though the items may not be in stock. He tried to justify the actions with several pre thought out comments. Why buy an item only to find out later your not getting it for months? See other review and do your home work.........

Review: Made order on 5/26/15, told order would be 4weeks late. It is now 8/11/15 and still haven't received full order. Every time you call [redacted] says order is coming. On there website my order shows everything shipped. That is false. Also on there website they are still saleing items that [redacted] tells me are back ordered. I want my full order now!! Also they need to quit advertising what they don't have! !
