Review: I Ordered a package over a month ago and they have not shipped all of my products and will not respond to the many calls and emails I have sentDesired Settlement: Delivery of order in a timely manner, a price reduction, or a refund. If someone would get back to me that would be a start.

Review: We ordered our wake-board tower, speakers & Bimini top Feb 2014, paid in full. We were notified that everything was on back order but that it would be shipped the first week of March. We reached out to them March 12th as nothing had been received, we were then told it would be first of April. This went on for several months until May 30th when we were notified tower & speakers were being shipped, however Bimini was still on back-order. To this day (July 14, 2014) we still have not received the Bimini top or confirmation that it is being shipped. We have been told the reason in delay of shipment is that everything comes from China and that not everything is on the boat as they are told when delivered. These items were paid in full Feb 2014 and we are beyond frustrated. We are being told that they cannot refund us for the Bimini top as we ordered a package not items separately. We feel the company should have to post on their website that ALL products are shipped via China & that there is NO guarantee of delivery time. They carry nothing in stock.Desired Settlement: We feel we are due some form of discount/refund due to the 5+ months we have waited to receive this, which still hasn't been received in full. And a refund amount for the tower that took 4 months to be received. With having our $$ tied up with this order, we were unable to purchase tower/speaker/Bimini through another vender. Here it is mid-July, summers almost over & we don't have everything we ordered 5+ months ago. Bimini Top $599 (order total $2884 - $925 package discount = $1959)

The bimini was delivered on July 25th via Fedex, tracking number [redacted]. We apologize as there was more demand than supply for the products and we were at the mercy of the manufacturer. The deep discounts we offer make it difficult to compensate past the discounts, we truly apologize for any inconvenience.
