Poor information about price, conditions, communication with seller
Web site- not enough information about the "free sample" which is NOT a free sample but a trap of pills pre-boughtThe $shipping fee is listed but not explained that if one does not cancel in a time period the customer is then billed for the full price of a month's worth AND new shipments keep coming I tried to email after receiving confirmation and the email was undeliverableI then called the number on the website and asked to cancel the trialVery pleasant person, said they did, got a confirmation emaildays later I got a shipping confirmation...tried to email..non deliverable...calledAgain a pleasant person explained I would still get the "free" sample as it could not be cancelledI then asked about the email and was given an email to tryIt appears to have gone throughI have emailed them with this complaint about advertising or inadequate advertising

I was online and purchased a product from Hair Eternity for $Seventeen days later I was charged $from this same companyI contacted my bank because I believed it to be a fraudulent chargeI would never have signed up for anything that would have charged me $a monthIt was not blatantly obvious that I was signing up for any kind of membership, and I was mislead into a membership that I would never have agreed to had I known the cost beforehandI never even opened the productI do not want this productI want my money back

year old enrolled in "risk free" trialWas asked to pay only for shippingweeks later, billed for $
My daughter clicked on a link for a free trial for a hair vitamin The site specifically says "Risk Free Trial" All you have to do is enter your address After filling out the contact form, she was told she needed to pay $shipping for the vitamins She was also told she'd get a bonus bottle free She gave her debit card number, agreeing to pay $for delivery of the vitaminsShe received two separate shipments, each charging her $ She didn't even complain about that Then, 2-weeks later, her debit card didn't work when she went to buy some food She is a high school student who works part-time She discovered an unknown charge for $ After calling the bank, suspecting fraud, we learned that Hair Eternity is responsible for the charge I called the number provided by the bank The customer service told me that she could cancel the order but

Getting billed for a product that was meant to be free trial
I saw an ad quoting that you would get a free bottle of hair eternity capsules for free for shipping and handling of , also a free bottle of argon oil for , I ordered both about weeks later they billed my account for I did not order any other product from themalso they billed me for another for the oil My order date was april 22nd and the billing date they charged me was may 10th for and may 12th for another I want both refunds back please

I ordered this product on June on July 4th I was charged When I called the company to find out why I was charged I was told that it was for the product I had received on June When you order the product it states you are paying for a months free trial you pay for shipping and handlingWhen I called and told the customer service representative I wanted the charge reversed and that I didn39t order any further products she said it was in their terms and conditionsApparently you really only have days to try the product if it is not returned during those days you are charged full price for itThere were no terms and conditions that stated this when I ordered this product She even told me the product hadn39t been shipped yet as it was the 4th of July and it39s a holiday but she would not reverse the charge

Advertisement for day trial before billing not grantedCharged $for product after days
Complaint is two-fold: (1) I responded to an ad online for a hair product (Hair Eternity) During the check-out process, an up-sale ad for Argan Oil popped up "asking" if I wanted to add it There was no option to say "no" so I avoided clicking on the ad, and simply clicked on "continue" to process my order for Hair Eternity However, when I got to the "cart", the Argan Oil was arbitrarily added to the order, increasing my "shipping & handling only fee" from $to $There was no option to go back, so accepted the argan oil ato move forward with the hair product (2) The ad offered a 30-day trial period, of which you only paid shipping and handling Then, after days you could request to cancel or begin being charged the full amount of the product On Day I called the company to cancel the product, only to learn that my bank account was already charged $When

Business is under different names, has no actual employeesCharged my card to a different company without my authorization
I ordered some vitamins from hair bloomThey charged my card twice and ordered things I did not orderI had to call them times to get this resolvedOne month later Wray Nourish charges my card but it says hair eternity on the chargeDoes not make any sense at all, seems like they are operating under a different nameWhen I call I was told I would get a refund, I did notThey woman admitted she did not work for them directly and is just a call center

charged way too much
My daughter ordered this product thinking she was paying $for just shipping and handling but was billed $ The website says the price is $ When I called to ask why the price was $I was told that the terms and conditions says the price is $ I could not find the terms and conditions on the website and why would the T&C say one price but the website say another price The customer service rep actually hung up on me

Fraudulent Marketing and unethical billing
This company is a scam! Was told I can try the product just paying for shipping and handling, but then after days my card was charged an extra $79.95! There was nothing written on their site about being charged anything extra and after calling to complain they offered to refund 35% backIt also doesn't say you will be charged this $every month unless you call to cancelRead others comments on the product and they got different answers on the policy of trying out the product as wellThis company should be shut down immediately!

Charged a different price than what was initially agreed
In the original agreement, the amount of $was agreed for all orders after the trial, which was quoted $However, I am charged $for the shipmentAlso, no invoice was included in either of my shipments

I saw an add for Hair Eternity onlineI made sure that it was real and the reviews on how the product worked were all glowing, however it appeared to be too new to determine anything about how they handled their salesI decided to order and when I did it automatically ordered two other products unauthorizedThe sale was promotional, so I should have just received the hair eternity growth pill for just $Instead, it ordered that, argan oil for another $4.95, and then eyelash serum for $
I immediately contacted them via email given on the websiteI asked if they could cancel the current orderThey promptly responded and said they had cancelled my account and all FUTURE ordersI was satisfied, understanding that I was still going to receive the original order even though it had extra things I didn't personally orderThat was August 26th...the payment posted August 28th
Fastforward to today, not even a full month later, I check my bank account and they have pulled a

Trying to return a product I didn't order
I had my information stolen and someone used it to purchase this productI called the company and they told me there was nothing that they could do except cancel my account! They said they had made shipment already and shipment was in the worksI couldn't cancel that shipment! All I could do was give them my correct address and then return the product when I received itI called to get the number to return it and they told me THERE IS A $RESTOCKING FEE!!! On top of that I HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE TO RETURN IT!!!! So because someone stole my information I'm out $plus shipping to return the second item!!!! Ridiculous!

This company employs deceptive marketing and sales strategies and does not own up to its deceptive practices
I ordered a "free" day trial from this company, paying about $for S/H based on online advertising that it was on shark tank and had the most successful deal from the showI figured I would be able to judge the product within that day period and decide if I wanted to continue useI was then charged $about two weeks later with no communication or explanationI reached out via email several times once I noticed the charge to understand what it was for, but I received no responseI finally called and was pushed around and received strange explanations that the day money back gaurentee they advertise on their website would require me to send back the unopened bottle, that it was an auto renew program (yet they hadn't attempted to send another bottle within my day trial), that I would have had to call within days of placing the order (though I didn't receiv

I did a free trial with Hair Eternity towards the beginning of AugustI should have known something wasn't right because I had items in my cart that I didn't even addSo the site said that all I had to pay for was shipping which was By the end of the month, I was charged $for the argan oil and $for the pillsAnd then I was just billed again for the same pricesNo product either timeI called the company and was informed that I could not get my money because I did not cancel within daysI stated that the website didn't mention a reoccurring charge at all and that I wanted my money backAfter being offered several discounts and me refusing, they finally cancelled my "subscription." But still no refund!!!

I ordered the trial for and they charged my account over a month later and no where on the site does it say I would be charged that much for a stupid bottle of pillsApparently I was supposed to cancel my account within days if I didn't want to be chargedNo where I'm the site did it say this information eitherI had to contact my bank in order to find this information out
