Honda Finance to approve the college graduation program in this case, and the customer will receive the $discountWe consider this matter to be closed.Thank you

Good morningThank you for sending the second reminder, we missed the first emailWe are currently in communication with American Honda Motor Company in regards to the situation described aboveWhen we finish our communication with American Honda, we will reach back out to you and to the
customer.

Left VM for Mr ***, advising that complaint will be closed 'Resolved' at this time.(If issues remain to be addressed, Mr *** may contact Revdex.com and ask to have complaint re-opened.)

We spoke to Mr *** on Monday, February 27thBecause the contract is between American Honda Finance and Mr*** we can not rewrite the terms of that contractWe facilitate these contracts as they are written on behalf of American Honda FinanceWe did come to the agreement that if at the time
of termination of the lease from his Honda Civic (VIN ***) he is charged a disposition fee of $we will then cover the cost of that feeThis fee will only be charged if Mr*** decided not to lease or purchase another Honda productThe attracted document was emailed to Mr*** and also noted in our Customer Management system and placed with in the car deal from February for the Civic.At this time we consider this matter resolved and the outcome acceptable by all parties involved Michelle ***

Mr*** has hired legal council in regards to this matter. Luther Hopkins Honda has turned this issue over to our legal councilWe will update the Revdex.com as things progress and we have information from said legal councilAt this time we have no update from them

I am rejecting this
response because:I have not retained legal council for this matter. I did have a lawyer draft a demand letter for the amount in question.The lawyer for Luther Hopkins Honda obviously talked with Roger *** the Parts/Service Manager and simply rejected my demand based on his information, which is my issue. Since they did that I contacted Revdex.com to help get more help.I attached the voicemails describing the repairs that would be done, the price and that no further work would need to be done.I am hoping that Revdex.com can further encourage Luther Hopkins Honda to actually hear the statements made to me and help me further. We have worked with American Honda to get approval to replace the VCT actuator with their assistanceWe have been attempting to reach Ms *** to schedule an appointment to have this work doneWe will continue to attempt ot reach her but if she could reach out to Jerry her Service Advisor
(###-###-####) to schedule the appoint we can complete this replacement and consider this matter resolved
