Good morning. Luther Hopkins Honda has been in communication with American Honda Motor Company regarding this issue. After speaking to American Honda, they have agreed to reimburse the customer the amount of this repair, $326.07. Hopkins Honda will credit the customer's credit card for this amount. We talked to the customer yesterday, and we are all in agreement that this is an acceptable solution. We consider this matter to be closed. Thank you for your assistance.
We have worked with American Honda to get approval to replace the VCT actuator with their assistance. We have been attempting to reach Ms [redacted] to schedule an appointment to have this work done. We will continue to attempt ot reach her but if she could reach out to Jerry her Service Advisor...
