See attached Emails between Trend Times and myself.The Item is defective, I should NOT have to pay a 20% restocking fee or shipping for something that arrived brokenThey stated that they pretest each item before shippingIf that were true they would have discovered it didn't workI cooperated with their customer service, trying different batteries and following their instructions and the instructions that came with the deviceNothing worked and there were no lights lit on the control Also, Trend Times did not offer to provide a replacement Remote control as I would have accepted the replacement control rather than return the complete boat which is sizableI assume that something I order online or purchase in a store should work as described when it’s take out of the box, if not I should be able to return it for a full refund or be offered a replacementThis did not happenI have contacted my credit card company and filled a grievanceI have since found numerus complains online regarding Trend Times from many unhappy customers that were treated unfairly in similar circumstances.All I want is a working device or a refund in full

Of course the electric car was delivered later than what was was originally statedSecondly, I've found out that it's missing key parts during assembly so basically the car should not have been delivered at all because it's not functional with missing piecesGaskets for the tires, parental remote missing and who knows what elseNot even sure if it will work once properly assembledJust an all out bad experience

All requests about this order was initiated by me in reference to this order.Time line is as follows.ordered 8-16, 8-customer contacts vendor about status and tracking
number, 8-vendor replies without tracking number but says Friday or Saturday delivery 8-26/27.Item did not arrive so again the customer needed to contact vendor on 8-to get a tracking number and status8-vendor contacted customer and now says oh the item is going thru warehouses, so the first communication was a lie, and states it will arrive on Friday or Saturday 9-or 9-again. Hello, this customer had already disputed the charge on their credit card. Remote control boats are a hobby item and per the store terms agreed to at checkout he was offered parts or service. Which he refused. Then he demanded to return it. We offered to exchange it and he did not want to and...

disputed the charge. We do not send return labels and all returns are subject to restocking fee. Normally we do not take returns on boats as they are a hobby item. We tried to help them and they did not want to work with us. Disputing the charge and keeping the boat is not correct.

FYI, this customer called in screaming just a few days letter, screaming profanities and all types of insults and threats that were totally uncalled for. This customer has obviously had a bad experience with another company due to his own admission on the phone. He is abusing the system and his recipient has the item. Good Afternoon, I asked for the tracking information I was promised that I never received. I have continually received the run-around was was told to call [redacted] myself. [redacted] will not release any information to me without a tracking number. In all of my online shopping have I never had a company not release shipping information. The reason I left several voicemails was because when you call, they give you 3 options - shopping, customer service, order tracking or technical support - the only time it connects you to a person is if you choose the shopping option. Otherwise, you need to leave a voicemail. I never received a phone call back and no messages were left for me. I still have no idea whether or not this was shipped because at this point, no tracking information has been provided. As you can see from the email string, I was promise tracking information last week within 24-48 hours - which I never received. I was also told that it wold be here Tuesday, and then on Thursday - but I'm not quite sure what to believe. The person writing back to me has said they spoke with the shipping department themselves, but I would like to speak with shipping.I have been trying to cancel my order because we did not receive it within the 5-10 days we were supposed to. We have not been given any tracking information. All we know is our payment was taken and we no longer want the product because we have a. not receive it and b. don't know if it even exists.
