Of course the electric car was delivered later than what was was originally stated. Secondly, I've found out that it's missing key parts during assembly so basically the car should not have been delivered at all because...

it's not functional with missing pieces. Gaskets for the tires, parental remote missing and who knows what else. Not even sure if it will work once properly assembled. Just an all out bad experience.

Hello, the customer has found the parts. Technical support also called her. Plus she was also sent a free gift. Customer also requested a video assembly and it was emailed to her as well.
