Halona Glass Reviews (60)

I placed an order in October 2017. In December I followed up requesting status at which point I was told there was a 4 month lead time. In March I was told she was behind and would be shipping my order by week's end. In April I was promised a refund followed by months of excuses, had to prove I made the purchase and here we are in August. I do not have the items I ordered nor do I have a refund. Unless you're looking to make a donation to this company do not place an order you won't get anything.

I ordered a $500 wholesale order. I paid in advance because she is friends of a friend. Every excuse from the post office to paypal not refunding me properly came up. I email and text her fairly regularly and she doesn't respond. I cannot file a small claim as she is across states. Someone sent this link to complain about mail fraud and I think it's a great idea. https://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx

I had the same issue with her a couple years ago. I filed with my attorney general and they could do nothing unless I hired a lawyer. In the end it would have cost more than I lost. It was a big waste of time. She has been doing this for years and getting away with it. She is a fraud. I know many others who had the same issues as well. Karma will just have to catch her in the end.

File a complaint with the Attorney General’s office in NM

I placed an order with Halona Glass in October of 2017. In the listing for the ring I ordered it said shipped in 2-3 weeks but then when I looked further on her website she stated some things are on a 5 month lead time. Thought OK, that's fine, I want the ring so I'll wait. Received an email on March 29th 2018 stating that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. After waiting a few days and the tracking still stating that the post office is awaiting the package, I started emailing her for an update. I have sent several emails at this point and haven't received any response. I have filed a claim through paypal and am hoping to receive a refund. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. It looks as if I am going through the same thing that others have and I wish there was more ways to get the word out to others that she isn't reliable and good luck receiving anything you order from her. It really is a shame because her work is beautiful but it is not worth the headache.

Placed my order September 2015 - still haven't received anything, although she received payment. Emailed repeatedly with no response. Terrible business and communication. If you order something don't expect to receive it.

Beautiful artistry but terrible business/customer service. The piece I paid for was never delivered. I had multiple email exchanges where I was told it had been/would be sent out. This back and forth went on for more than 3 months!! I had purchased a holiday gift months in advance and had to aggressively request a refund when the piece was never delivered. Ordered in October, did not receive refund until January. Unfortunately, a really terrible experience.

I emailed back and forth with Halona glass for 6 months to receive a gift I had ordered costing me $300. She apologized every time blaming a lost shipment twice, and a mix up in her studio. It is clear that she is disorganized and overwhelmed. She often did not respond to my emails, pretty much begging for what I ordered, until I threatened to ask for a refund. When after 5 months of not hearing from her and a month after she told me a second time that my order would be "shipped out on Friday", I emailed for a refund that she did not respond to. I sent many emails asking for a confirmation of shipment. I went to her social media account where she deleted my refund and complaint inquiry. Privately messaging me back that she would refund me - she did not. I had to go to PayPal to file a dispute with her to get my money back. She should not be in business if she handles it this way. There is literally no other place to file a complaint on this business than with the Revdex.com, so she continues to be behind and not deliver for many oblivious consumers.

Ordered a piece in September 2014. Production + shipping time was estimated at 3-4 weeks. After repeated unanswered emails for 4 months, finally got a response in Jan 2015 saying the order shipped. Nothing was ever received, so I continued to send email requests for updates. In May I was told it was shipping (again). A tracking number was provided and revealed it was shipped to the wrong address. Order was never received. I was then promised a refund via email. Never received. She claimed (via [redacted], since that is the only way to get a response from her) she had already sent it, but [redacted] confirmed nothing was sent. It appears some people do receive their orders so her business isn't a complete scam, but she has terrible customer service and all-out disregard for proper business practices. I would not risk placing an order with her. It's not worth the time or frustration.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with Halona Glass. Ordered a piece in September and was told it would ship in November. Mid-December rolls around and I message her inquiring about my piece. She responds with "you must not have gotten the email I sent, or else you wouldn't message me about this" and she tells me she doesn't have one of the kinds of glass but it will ship soon... Once I looked at the online reviews it was clear that these are both excuses she uses frequently (supposedly sending emails/out of glass). It has now been almost 6 months since my purchase, she has told me repeatedly it would ship soon though all communication is initiated by me. In the meantime, she is posting new projects on her website and social media saying it's for sale but alas she has not finished or sent my item that is already paid for. I understand that things come up but the lack of communication feels very disrespectful, plus seeing that she uses all of the same excuses on other people is the icing on the cake. At this point I don't even want the piece, I have such a bad vibe about her work ethic and don't want her stuff in my house. If she is doing this to you, file a claim through PayPal within 180 days and be sure to escalate it so you can get a refund.

I ordered my piece in October of 2016. It is now mid-September 2017, so about an entire year later. I have never received my item. I've been given every excuse in the book why it hasn't been sent out. I've been promised "it'll mail out next week" about ten times already. For the past month, she has stopped responding to me completely. I want my money back, but I know this seller is well aware that she has strung me on long enough that I can't file a claim at this point. I'm a school teacher, I work hard for my money, and I've been polite and patient the entire time. Not responding, not sending my item, not giving me my money back are all horrible business practices. I would never give her another dime, and I will be sure to spread the word to everyone else I know in motorcycle communities who have wanted to order from her as well.

I'm trying to be positive because there was a 5 month lead time. I ordered in 3/2017 and have since emailed once. Because my address changed. Got no reaponse. As a small business owner myself, it goes a long way to just say, ok that is noted. I'm not very hopeful I'll receive this product.

Yep. I ordered a 165.OO glass terrarium in March 2017. I still have the receipt. I have made multiple attempts to contact her and have never gotten a reply. I am also on her IG account and clearly she is working hard but living off the grid I'm assuming running a less than honest establishment. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but clearly I've been played. This chick needs to be held responsible.

This lady has beautiful pieces which adds an insult to injury. I placed an order January 2016, and still have not received either piece, or a refund, as of November 2016. After the first email she said she was on a three month wait (she had just moved) although the conditions under which I made this purchase said only a five week wait. After four months of waiting, I sent a second email and did not receive a reply. I then learned after some digging that she switched websites. I then wrote a third email to which she replied she was vending out of town and would check upon her return. Fast forward multiple attempts to receiving the items, or a refund- she has given more excuses (such as "out of office replies" and "let me check my records") and now does not respond to any message. This is a terrible shame as her art is beautiful, and the person this was intended for would have enjoyed it greatly. Clearly, I do not recommend purchasing from her website. I wish there was a better way to spread this message.

Horrible, horrible seller. DO NOT PURCHASE FEOM HER. She doesn't send product, and I still have yet to receive a refund. It has been 6 months. DO NOT PURCHASE FEOM HER.

Buyer beware when doing business with Halona Glass.
I ordered a piece from her.... did not receive the item within the time frame she gave me.
I emailed her multiple times within a 5 month period inquiring about the order, also messaged her on her social media account.
If you're lucky enough to have her respond, Her reply will be a short "let me look into that", but no follow up.
I emailed her again last week demanding a refund. She did get back to me with a sorry excuse about a mix up with my order, and she would refund me.
As of now I'm still waiting for the money to refunded.
Save yourself the frustration, and stay way.

My experience mirrors all the other complaints with Halona Glass. She does not respond to emails and pieces do not arrive as promised. Horrible customer service and absolutely no regard for the people that are supporting her business.

I ordered a already made ready to ship ring that she had posted on instagram in a batch of 3. The ring and shipping came to $50, a bit less than what others have spent. I have emailed her 3 times and it has been almost over 2 months now. I filed a complaint with the site she conducts her business on, but still haven't heard anything from her. This is the 4th piece I've ordered from her, and little by little her delivery and response time has gotten worse and worse.
