This guy is looney tunesHe wants a full cash refund on food after months and he says he told him we would do thatHe talked to me on the phone(So Rude!!!!!!!!) I made a point to ask him if he was sold the same box of steaks that we showed him and he said yesThat's is why he decided to lie on this complaint and say we showed him picturesWe always show all of the customers the same box of steaks that they buyAnyway, per state law, we will exchange any steaks that he as left that he deems unsatisfactoryWe will not be giving bugs bunny any charity in the form of cashWe, as well as no food distributed could or wouldSomething is seriously wrong with this guy

Our response for this type of complaint is consider all the same, we cannot offer a cash refund after more than hrs from time of purchaseThis is written on all of our sales receiptsWe carry products that are inspected and graded by the USDAWe are licensed by the state and have never had any red flags with themWe have offered the customer a full replacement for everything in her freezerThe customer declined that offerThe customer became very unruly after she was told she could not have her wayI will post a couple of screen shots from her child and what looks like her daughters boyfriend after she her demands were not met from her phone tantrumWe will still offer a full replacement, not a refund

I am rejecting this response because: the business asked if I really EXPECTED a refund after all this timeNo, I EXPECTED a refund in full within days as the purchase agreement stated Now I am DEMANDING the refund that they have owed me for the past months The only things I have come to EXPECT from Halversons, however, are shady business practices and a complete lack of respect for the customer I have my purchase receipt, I have phone records, I have bank records, I have a receipt for certified mail used in my return, and I have the phone number for a lawyer I EXPECT I'll need to use it

We attempted to contact Halvorsons several timesWe have a copy of cancellation notice which was sent in a timely manner and was stamped by the local post officeThey called us on 7/10/in response to a phone call from usThey said they would review their records and get back to usThere has been no contact from them and I again left a message with them on 7/28/Their claim that we have not contacted them is false

We are not satisfied with the response from Halverson's MeatsWe cancelled the contract within the specified timeframeContract reads that full refund would be made within days of receipt of cancellationTheir response of only full unopened boxes of meat can be reimbursed is absurdHow are we to try the product if we don't open the boxes?!

As you can see in his response the guy is very unprofessional in his choice of words, and very disrespectful.The Salesman that made the sale specifically said I had a full year satisfaction guarantee(months) It is written in ink (his ink, his penmanship) along with a phone number that is no longer in service. This invoice was dated 2/12/16.Yes, I was unsatisfied with the purchase and the product days after receiving it, and having the first steak out of the box. However, I chose to hold my complaint to try a few of the different products and see if they were worth the plastic they were packaged in.(they were not.) Also, chose not to call and complain right away, because the salesman just told me that I had a full year to make my complaint and be reimbursed if I was un-satisfied.I have all but or of each left, as a few I tried alone, and a few I tried with company.I WILL NOT be satisfied until they reimburse me for the product as was promised upon making the sale.Their company as with any company that wants to stay in business and provide a valuable product, needs to find a worthy product and stand behind it.The product they sold me was not worthy of making that claim.He told me on the phone that it is not his problem and advised me to contact the packaging company.My problem does not lie with the packaging company, but with his company as the company that sold me the unworthy product.If he would like, he is more than welcome to find and do business with a different packaging company, and find a worthy product, but that is his choice, not mine to make for him.If he feels my complaint is one that needs to go back to his "packaging company", than it is up to him to take care of this issue with themBut that doesn't take this complaint out of his hands as far as dealing with an unsatisfied customer on my partIt is still his responsibility

Yes I would like to apologize to *** *** and her familyWe missed the delivery and that is my fault*** did purchase the voucher through GrouponThey are pretty reasonable about refundsIf she just states that she was not able to redeem her purchase, I'm sure they will work with herI
will verify that she was not able to get it due to missed deliveryWe do not get paid until we redeem your voucher number so since we have not redeemed it, *** will have to go to GrouponAgain, I apologize for the experience and if she would still like the steaks she ordered at no charge, I will gladly dispatch a truck to deliver those
