This company is shady, they do not have a phone number and only one email address that sends out, receives order information as well as complaints. If you want to cancel your membership because of a bad experience the website does not give you that option only the option to skip orders or downgrade your membership to every other month. I received my 1st order an item was broken I am still waiting for a response and when I tried to cancel my membership or remove my credit card information it would not let me. I will have to contact my bank to have the charge reversed and stop any future charges from them. I would not order from this company they are unethical.

Review: On September [redacted] I opted to pause my membership for 3 months and received a confirmation email. On September [redacted], I was charged $47 for another box that was not authorized. The box had not shipped yet. For the next two days, I have tried contacting Hamptons Lane with numerous emails, [redacted], and [redacted] messages. They have not responded to any of my inquiries but have had the time to post on [redacted]. I have had to cancel my card, and I have to wait 7-10 business days for a new one to arrive. I have also had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I am not the only one who has been experiencing issues with contacting Hamptons Lane. There is no customer support phone number listed anywhere for this company as well.Desired Settlement: My credit card is to be credited $47, and my account with Hamptons Lane is to be closed permanently.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.They have refunded the amount for the box I did not approve as well as gifted me the box that was charged to my account.The only thing I wish that they had done, when they found out there was an error in the script for the option to pause the account, is that there was some type of post on social media indicating that there was a problem. I would have been willing to wait longer for a response if I had known of this issue.

Review: I ordered the 50 Shades of Chicken Box and was instead sent the Moroccan Box. I was charged for the wrong box. When I e-mailed customer service, I did not get a response until three days later. I was promised the correct box, told to keep the wrong one at no cost, and would be credited $5 dollars for the inconvenience. It has now been two weeks and I am still fighting them to get me the correct box. They ignore the vast majority of my e-mails and there is no phone number available to call them. They are not providing me with any information and are not sympathetic. Meanwhile I have been charged $47 for the wrong product.Desired Settlement: If I am not provided with the product that I ordered as soon as possible, then I would like a complete refund immediately.

We are sorry for the inconvience involved with this purchase. To remedy this situation, we discontinued this customer's membership on 2015-07-** 17:16:40 GMT as asked by the customer via email. We provided the customer with a refund of the payment of $47.00 to the original form of payment for the issue on 2015/07/** 16:33:26 and sent the customer a refund receipt on 2015/07/** 16:33:31 to her correct email. The refund take between 5-10 business days to process. This refund was inputting prior or on the same dater as to the customer's complaint to the Revdex.com is dated.
