Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This business is run by a father and son The son, Karim, bid the job at 13,000, and that is what we agreed to He then proceeded to staff the job with poorly qualified workers and refused to provide any oversight in order to make the job work within the context of that budget Work was done in a shody manner as outlined in the prior complaint After repeated attempts to resolve work done incorrectly through Karim, we called the office and were able to speak with his father, Jerome.Jerome said that he had recently invited Karim to be a partner in the buisness, but that Karim did not know how to price work Apparently Karim underpriced a number of jobs, including another job that led to a consumer complaint Jerome maintained that the fair price for our job was $22kPlease note that Jerome mentioned this number AFTER we had agreed upon a much lower price with Karim, and provided a deposit We NEVER would have agreed to a $22k price as we had quotes from more qualified contractors for less than that. When Innovative refused to come back and complete the work, we hired a new contractor This contractor had to take apart and redo much of the work that innovative did They also had to make a major repair to the exterior brick wall of the building, because innovative destroyed part of it while installing a window. As resolution, we would like innovative to return the $7k deposit and to pay for repairs to the exterior brick they damaged. We can send pictures of all of the defective work In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Except for the allegation that I am in fact an attorney, Elite’s response is rejected in its entiretyThe house has a mortgage and therefore has always been insured; the roof has yet to be inspected by our insurance company; no evidence exists that any representative of Elite has tried to reach me by telephone or in writing as of August *, 2016; the claim that an amount of $3,is owed on the apartment is recently created and unsubstantiated; and the claim that any amount is owed to anyone for work done on the 1st floor is falseAll other allegations concerning my profession are dismissed as meritlessThe fact remains that Elite was paid a total of $28,for renovations to the 2nd floor apartment, a new roof and new windows, and it failed to perform under the contractsWorse, the work that it did perform was done in an unskilled and unworkmanlike manner resulting in damage to the 2nd floor, the house and the roof.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The statements provided by Elite Innovative & Design are entirely false. I ask that Elite Innovative & Design provide evidence concerning this agreement about a container. It is now July ** 2016 and their men have not arrived to continue work as of the filing of this complaint. Elite Innovative did not complete the excavation of the pool, their men showed a total of two days to work on excavation and it was left incomplete. The completion of the excavation was done by myself and I have media evidence of this. On July 8th I was contacted by Kareem and advised that he would not continue work unless he received another payment of $1200 contrary to our contract. The issue of the excavated dirt does not impede their ability to resume work such as electrical and pool grounding as written in our contract.
