I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Elite innovatives prior response claimed It was to be my responsibility to remove the dirt myself, now their current response claims that I was to compensate them for the removal of the dirt. Their claims are inconsistent and I ask that the Revdex.com review our contract that I have attached in my previous response. Their contract clearly states that any additional payment be distributed AFTER work is completed. Clearly if elite innovative cannot provide claims that are consistent with their own contract, it begs the question if their claims are accurate and if they are aware of their own terms and conditions. To be clear, our agreement is that the contractor (elite innovative & design, llc) is responsible for removal of the dirt, installation of patio and pool.
