The removal of an old cooling unit, and the installation of a new A/C and furnace, have been done professionally and without unnecessary delay. Communication with all personnel at Happy Cooling & Heating, LLC has been excellent. Past experiences with this company and its technicians, going back 9 years, have also been excellent. I prefer staying with a business that has shown courtesy and professionalism. I don't shop around for 'bargains.' If the experience is excellent, I don't need to look around for bargains.

They were polite and reasonably priced and I would highly recommend to friends. Mr. [redacted] was exceptionally helpful and very patient with all my questions.

The technician was competent and professional.
The company offers an annual service agreement that is substantially cheaper than the price of a standard system checkup and cleaning which is not under the service agreement.

Happy Cooling and Heating is a very professional company and their field technicians explain everything that they will do to your HVAC system. They are friendly and put on booties when they com in the house. The best HVAC company in Tucson and I have had the experience of seevral other companies who just take your money and do very little.

This review is per the request of [redacted] the service tech. [redacted] did a great job and is respectable person BUT his boss that was with him is quite another story!
Even though my equipment was under warranty, the boss tried get me to pay near five hundred dollars ($500) to remove and replace two warrantied components totaling three (3) screws, and plugging in a hand full of wire connectors to those two parts. I was quite insulted by the implication that I was so ignorant I would fall for this ridiculous up-sell that borders on theft. I hope the elderly they use fright and fear selling on will have better sense than to fall for this companies trickery.

About 6 weeks after a Happy tech had given my unit the $39 inspection, the furnace wouldn't start up on the first cool morning. I called Happy the next day and they sent [redacted] over in a couple hours. He quickly found the problem, a blower wire had broken off inside a wire nut, something that isn't evident just by looking. A quick fix, and he did not charge me for the service call. That's how you create a satisfied customer.
