3/4/I received a call from head lady [redacted] at the office, & she told me about the complaint I filedShe stated that I will not yet a refund because they are fixing the problem3/11/I have a car note due, & I'm not sure what to doI don't have the car at all why should I keep paying for something with no use ofThey don't keep me informedI have to literally blow their phone up, & when I finally get someone on the phone they put me hold for a long timeIf they get a chance to talk to me they're rude, & will say we can't find the part for the carEverything will be a whole lot better, if they just give me a refund, I would be out their wayIts causing so many problems in my life & that doesn't make sinceI have a balance of left on that car, I swear I don't wanna give my money to the devilThese guys are no goodMy next step is a lawyer & channel because I'm fed upPaying people gas money & I have a car that I can't drive but the dealership wants me to pay that's crazy! I need some serious help with this issue!

yes she did purchase a van from us and when she purchased it she was told verbally and also during signing of her contract she signs a form stating she needed full coverage insurance after several phone conversations and being told she wasn't going to get insurance after 2weeks of no insurance in the office she was in default of her contract and was picked up

[redacted] and husband bought two vehicles on the same day both cars were picked up for non payment they never did redeem the husbands truck but they did redeem [redacted] car on Friday the 17th and they never mentioned any thing about any mechanical problems

Every car we sell is sold "As is" and every customer is told this and sign forms stating thisThis customer we opted to helpWe made separate appointments to have the situation addressed the customer failed to keep any of themThe car overheated due to the negligence of the customerWe even
offered to help with reimbursement for some parts the customer boughtThey never showed up with them eitherWe feel that we went overboard with our help and the customer never kept up with their end of the deal

I want my refund from the memorial motors dealer ship I didn't have the car but for days almost and they took it back because I wasn't listed as a driver they were rude and just rush threw everything with me I have a driving record but no one discuss the issue with me saying I needed full coverage
and all that before I made the payment know I'm carless can't make it to work because of this

we ordered the part three different times to fix her car and three different times LKQ out of Houston sent us the wrong part which was out of our controlher car has since been fixed she is driving and has not paid her note that was due on the 11th of marchAs you all know we sell our cars as is with no warranty because we try to make our customers happy

*** *** She called me on the day she was coming to pay her note that was due and was hysterical when she called and said she was stranded on 11th stin beaumont that her car had over heated I kept asking her where she was so I could send one of my mechanics to assist her and she
kept screaming I dont know I am in the middle of street so I told her to calm down look around for a street sign I was going to put her on hold and call one of my mechanics to go down 11th street to see if they could find her because I did not want her to drive her car hot and blow up the motor when I went back to the phone to tell her there was help going to find her she had hung up and a few minutes later she was in my parking lot screaming and cursing I told her to quit cursing her and her boyfriend jumped in the car and her boyfriend said he was going to drive it until it blew up and we would never see our car againLater that night there car was found in Vidor and the motor was blown upSo there is no resolution

When the car originally got impounded we got it out and paid $257, fixed it, then gave it back to himThen he stopped the van on the side of the road again and said that it was overheatingWe had tested the car previously and let it run for hours and it never overheatedWe then sent a wrecker
out for him since it wasn’t ideal for him to drive the car therefor costing us $We have fixed the vehicle and it is ready at our main lot on College StreetMr*** purchased the vehicle as isWe cannot refund him because the car is fixedMr*** is past due on his paymentsWhen he either pays what is due or makes an effort to he will be able to get his vehicle backWe were willing to set up a payment plan with himWe have tried to help and work with Mr*** as much as we could considering his situation

I have no idea why *** *** thinks we have a starter interrupt on his car we don't even use starter interrupt devices and he is not even due yetspoke with his mother she informed me he was going thru another one his mental issues againso we have no idea what mr ***

Addressed customer concerns and they are now back in the vehicle and are paying.
