Consumer response via fax on 9/9/2015:We bought the 1993 Ford Ecoline Van on July 27, 2015. 2 days later broke down. We have not been in transportation since the van was taken 17 miles to Beaumont to be fix, under the car lot authority. There was no resolution settled between the car lot and my husband. This is September the car lot has not try to settle with us in nothing. All they want is money. We would like our money back to go put down payment on another vehicle elsewhere. They had the van all this time. Keep in mind Mr. [redacted] is on a fix income. We can’t afford what the car lot asking for. We have never actually used the van. It’s been gone from us all this time. They have our money, plus the van. We do not, I repeat have what they are asking for. We don’t have money like that and Mr. [redacted] had some personal item in van he needs to get out of the van. It’s bad how this was done. We never even had a chance with the van. Not even a week we used it and this is how this gonna go down. And why do they have two different names for this car lot. Memorial Motors, LLC did us very wrong.

MS [redacted] HAS PURCHASED THREE CARS FROM US AND WRECKED TWO OF THE THREE AND TRIED TO GET THE INSURANCE CHECK SENT TO HER NOT TELLING HER INSURANCE COMPANY THATSHE HAD A LEIN HOLDER BOTH TIMES AND GOT CAUGHT. SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM PAYING ON TIME AND THIS TIME SHE HAD NO INSURANCE AND WAS PAST...

DUE 2 PMTS.  WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM US YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE WITH NO LAPSE IN COVERAGE AND PAY YOUR NOTES ON TIME NOT PAY THEM WHEN  YOU GET READY.

As per phone conversation:[redacted] is requesting Mediation for possible resolution.

3/4/2016 I received a call from head lady [redacted] at the office, & she told me about the complaint I filed. She stated that I will not yet a refund because they are fixing the problem. 3/11/16 I have a car note due, & I'm not sure what to do. I don't have the car at all why should I keep...

paying for something with no use of. They don't keep me informed. I have to literally blow their phone up, & when I finally get someone on the phone they put me hold for a long time. If they get a chance to talk to me they're rude, & will say we can't find the part for the car. Everything will be a whole lot better, if they just give me a refund, I would be out their way. Its causing so many problems in my life & that doesn't make since. I have a balance of 4400 left on that car, I swear I don't wanna give my money to the devil. These guys are no good. My next step is a lawyer & channel 12 because I'm fed up. Paying people gas money & I have a car that I can't drive but the dealership wants me to pay that's crazy! I need some serious help with this issue!
