The reason do no accept the response made by the business is they did not solve the problemOn 12/27/Toyota of Bedford mechanic changed the lower control arm on the rear right side, they were able to quiet the noise somewhatPrior to this my husband had two other mechanics inspect the vehicle and they stated the issue was the strutsMy husband test drove the vehicle originally and did not hear any sounds initially, he also stated to the Toyota mechanic that he heard a sound coming from the front driver sideBut the mechanic stated that it was echo form the right rearLater that day my daughter and I test drove the car and also heard the sound coming from the front driver sideThe next day we drove the vehicle again and the sound seemed to have intensified coming form the front driver sideOn 12/29/I took the vehicle to MrTire to have the front driver side check to see about the origin of the noise, I saw shown by the mechanic there a significant amount of rust and worn out bushing for that sideAlso I had to pay out $to have the car repaired again attached to this I have included the invoiceI cannot believe you had the audacity to send my husband home in a unsafe vehicle that could have caused a accidentOr what if my child had been in the vehicle, had you mechanics done a thorough check of the vehicle they would have seen all of the ware and tear of the lower control arms/horrible strutsI did what you asked of me by removing the negative posts from online but now all I am left with is a ever rising bill! The reason I am writing this part is so that this will not happen to othersWhen something is labeled "As Is" that does not mean that one should buy a car from a dealership that has server suspension damage to the point that people's safety is put at riskI will let it be known to people that I know and come in contact with that you all are not a reliable dealership.PSMy Husband has trouble hearing .....so you all took advantage of him Regards,

Customer sent in lead, pre-approved by ***. Salesperson did confirm to the customer that we do work with ***, however, after considering the dealer fee that *** assessed, it did not make business sense to proceed with that dealUpon looking at other options we discovered
that customer has current auto loan with Chase which is in recovery status because he is past due on the paymentsNo bank would approve him at this timeWe explained this to him and that due to the situation it will not work out unless he makes arrangements with chase to become current on that specific loanCustomer then became upset and left the dealership.

Re: Toyota Scion
Complaint: Title
Issue
Customer purchased vehicle from Toyota of Bedford on March
7, 2018. There was a titling issue from
the previous owner which has taken them an extended amount of time to
correct. Toyota of
Bedford is in the
process of getting this corrected and the title should be placed into the
current owners name within the next week
Toyota of Bedford is sympathetic with the customer and their
need to obtain the title and proceed with registration. In an attempt to resolve this issue and as recourse
available to the customer under Ohio Law, Toyota of Bedford is offering to
rescind the transaction and refund the customer all the monies paid during the
purchase
Please contact *** *** or *** ***, Sales
Managers at Toyota of Bedford, to discuss the option that best meets the
customer’s needs

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The information is incorrect the representative did not offer to pay the deductibleI was told that I could pay the $dollar deductible and they would wave the thirty day wait clause on the warranty but only if I kept the warranty I was taking of of the finance contractIf the representative would have offered to pay it and put in writing that my warranty would not have been voided I would have accepted that offerThis is not what was offered to me The car was purchased as is this is correct I was not given the car fax when I asked or informed the car had been an accident Which made rear passenger door have a closing malfunction and a safety riskI have small children I would never had bought a car with this type of history or damage. The dealership also has yet to refund the finance company the amount for the cancelled contract and my memorandum title has a incorrect purchase price listed both of these things also need to be taken care of

Issue has been resolved. Finance Manager verified contract was cancelled and called customer to inform that the refund check was being sent on 4/19/

These accusations are absurd and there was no wrong doing on our end after reviewing the deal. The truck has been road for over months and the "extra" charge was an extended service contract that the customer chose to purchase. There will be no further action from Toyota of Bedford

Mr*** was recently contacted by our General Manager after he submitted this inquiry within our web siteHe was responded to the following day with the following responseIn many instances, a customer will place a deposit on a vehicle
and not complete the purchase transaction for a given
period of time.
Reasons for this are numerous including customers living a substantial distance
away from our dealership, such as yourself. Our vehicles remain on the
website until the customer has physically taken delivery of the vehicle.
Doing so allows us to follow up with potential customers, such as yourself, in
the event that the pending sale goes awry.
Thank you for your interest in the vehicle, and if it for some
reason becomes available, a sales associate will contact you immediately.
