I can't believe what a positive, painless experience it was getting my 501cestablished Cliff R [redacted] was my account liaison and DrB [redacted] was the one who worked with me She asked a few questions and did all the work I just signed my name The process was amazingly fast We had our 501cwithin weeks? Maybe less Amazing! I cannot recommend Harbor Compliance enough!! Save yourself the headache of trying to go through this process by yourself Worth the money!

Harbor Compliance employees were friendly and efficient and nonprofit status became a reality in a short period of time My consultant was accessible, patient, and encouraging She provided an expertise about the process and a wealth of information about nonprofits that was critical to my successful launch

Brock and James were so helpful in getting everything we needed to get our contractors licenseWithout their help and expertise I am sure we would still be trying to figure out what our next step would be They are very thorough and were always available to answer any questions

5/3/17We are responding to the rejection of our response by [redacted] [redacted] alleges that she was never contacted by Harbor Compliance and she was erroneously billed for additional feesThe facts are as follows: on March 24, [redacted] signed up for the services of Harbor ComplianceShe agreed to the terms of our service at three separate timesThe first time she agreed to the terms of our service was recorded at 5:36pm and again at 5:40pm on March 24, She agreed to our terms of service again on February 15, at 3:45pmI have also included a copy of our terms of service (Exhibit A)Furthermore, on March 24, at 5:51pm, [redacted] paid $2,for our services (Exhibits A and B) In addition, we attempted to contact the client via email and telephone with a questionnaire on March 24, 2016, and on April 8, 2016, April 10, and May 17, 2016, and December 3, and received no response from her other than on April 10, where she indicated that she "was waiting on God for divine direction" (Exhibit C).Consequently, We have attempted to contact the client over five times during a year to set up her companyWe did not receive notice that she wanted to cancel our services until February 15, 2017, eleven months after she signed up for our services and ignored our repeated attempts to email her for responses to set up her companyHarbor Compliance has acted in good faith and put a substantial amount of time and effort into contacting this client.Very truly yours, Jerri-Lynn W

The notification that this client is referring to is an annual reminder that we generated in an effort to help her organization with complianceWhen the client called to inquire about the reminder, we explained why it was sent and promptly removed future notifications upon her requestWe asked how
we could alleviate her concerns and offered to provide additional support above and beyond the service that was provided more than months priorWe have made every attempt to support this client, but she has continually acted in a threatening, aggressive, and unprofessional manner to each company employee who has attempted to resolve her concernsWe have requested simple agreement from her that she would treat our employees with respect and professionalism, which she has not done.We have already invested significant time and work for this clientFor these reasons, and per the Terms of Service that the client signed when she engaged with us, this situation does not qualify for a refundNevertheless, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and are always willing to go above and beyond for our clients when there is mutual respect and professionalismFollowing this complaint, we have yet again tried to resolve the matter to the client’s satisfactionUnfortunately, her abusive demeanor towards our staff has prevented us from reaching a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: it does not show that any work completed on my behalf and the contract does show that I would forfeited the amount paidHarbor Compliance didn't contacted me they outsource the job to a external contractor who contacted me via email noted in their previous responseHarbor Compliance and their contractor was aware of my status and it was not an issue The issue began during a conversation with MrCliff R***,when I noted I needed to cancel and be refunded Before I mentioned I wanted to cancel, Mr Cliff noted that I can let him know when I was ready to begin the process and he will make a note of it Since I didn't have a start date I request to cancel and will contact then when I ready The reason I request cancel was to avoid being bill by the system because I was told that they system will use the initial start date as the anniversary dateNothing was done on I behalf and those erroneous system output is not reliable It does not show that work was done since the business does not exist Let me reiterate, the only resolution to the unfortunate situation is a full refund ($2725.00) If I don't the the desire resolution, my next step is to have the complaint posted to the Revdex.com website, file a complaint with the PA Attorney General and contact the Consumer Protection Agency I have tried to resolve this unfortunate situation at the lowest level but unfortunately Harbor Compliance continue to sway the truth and act in an unprofessional manner Regards,

The tailored treatment that I received from Mike M*** was thorough as well as genuinely delivered There was little encoding and decoding between us as Mike prevailed as an excellent mediator between legal and layman's language Our communication was direct and easily understood by both parties I wholeheartedly endorse Mike and this company to everyone including any Mental Health Provider Many companies pride themselves on delivering genuine concern about their clients, but this level of sincerity cannot be learned With Mike, it was an organic character asset, one I doubt that even he realizes the girth of his gift
