Harbor Compliance is an excellent company. Dr. B[redacted] and Cliff guided me through the exemption process smoothly and ensured my corporation would be in full compliance with IRS tax regulation. The entire process took about one month and I couldn't have done it without the Harbor team.

Brock and James were so helpful in getting everything we needed to get our contractors license. Without their help and expertise I am sure we would still be trying to figure out what our next step would be. They are very thorough and were always available to answer any questions.

5/3/17We are responding to the rejection of our response by [redacted] alleges that she was never contacted by Harbor Compliance and she was erroneously billed for additional fees. The facts are as follows: on March 24, 2016 [redacted] signed up for the services of Harbor Compliance. She agreed to the terms of our service at three separate times. The first time she agreed to the terms of our service was recorded at 5:36pm and again at 5:40pm on March 24, 2016. She agreed to our terms of service again on February 15, 2017 at 3:45pm. I have also included a copy of our terms of service (Exhibit A). Furthermore, on March 24, 2016 at 5:51pm, [redacted] paid $2,725.00 for our services (Exhibits A and B) In addition, we attempted to contact the client via email and telephone with a questionnaire on March 24, 2016, and on April 8, 2016, April 10, 2016 and May 17, 2016, and December 3, 2016 and received no response from her other than on April 10, 2016 where she indicated that she "was waiting on God for divine direction" (Exhibit C).Consequently, We have attempted to contact the client over five times during a year to set up her company. We did not receive notice that she wanted to cancel our services until February 15, 2017, eleven months after she signed up for our services and ignored our repeated attempts to email her for responses to set up her company. Harbor Compliance has acted in good faith and put a substantial amount of time and effort into contacting this client.Very truly yours, Jerri-Lynn W

An EXCELLENT experience. I am self-employed and now starting a ministry. My need was to have a non-profit ministry in NC with 501C3 status. Harbor Business Compliance accomplished this in lightening speed. A previous attorney had suggested that I skip the 501C3 due to the time and intensive paperwork involved. Yet, Harbor Business Compliance accomplished this with only a few questions from me. Without a doubt, using Harbor was less expensive than hiring an attorney, and less stressful than doing it myself. We let our LLC registration lapse. James G[redacted] assisted us in getting our two LLCs back in good standing. The reinstatement took about about 2.5 months and James guided us through the whole process. We'd provide the requested information and he'd follow though with the State of Indiana. We would never have been able to do this on our own. We would recommend Harbor Compliance without hesitation.

Harbor Compliance is a very professional and empathetic company to work with. Kitty and Brock took my hand and guided me through every phase of obtaining a 501c3. I filed in January 2016 and received approval July 2016. Without their knowledge and kind encouragement, I would have given up on pursuing my exemption. I just started using Harbor Compliance's Registered Agent and Annual Report services. I was switching from another company and also needed an address change for my business. Cliff thoroughly examined my needs and took care of everything in about 15 minutes. I feel that people at Harbor Compliance take customer satisfaction very seriously. And that should be a good sign to any customer. So with that plus their low pricing, I'd definitely recommend them to other friends.

Very professional service. They answer emails and calls right away. If they are not available they call you back ASAP. This is not a strictly online registered agent that just takes your $ and doesn't give you much. Harbor Compliance has been a very personal, human, dedicated service for me. They have helped me with multiple questions I have had and helped me out when I had an important document mailed to them in which I actually needed the original.

The tailored treatment that I received from Mike M[redacted] was thorough as well as genuinely delivered. There was little encoding and decoding between us as Mike prevailed as an excellent mediator between legal and layman's language. Our communication was direct and easily understood by both parties. I wholeheartedly endorse Mike and this company to everyone including any Mental Health Provider. Many companies pride themselves on delivering genuine concern about their clients, but this level of sincerity cannot be learned. With Mike, it was an organic character asset, one I doubt that even he realizes the girth of his gift.
